Hotel Modi Samrat

Firstly, there was an electricity issue. MCB tripped frequently if you switched on a gyser. Secondly, hotel staffs were disconnected your power connection by itself whenever you visit outside and also at night time. Moreover, the experience was not so good (due to this type of electricity issue), mainly when you have stayed here with your senior citizens.

Newly renovated rooms. Owner himself keeps record of cleanliness and provide good service. Location is just opposite central bus station. Just go for it.

Bathroom Light was Not Working, asked for room change which they did not do it, smelly room, service is not good, need alot of improvement.

My daughter she is afraid of dark, neither they changed room nor they provided tourch

Had a great experience. Its value for money. The spokes person was gentle enough and not someone who could fool tourist easily. Rooms were clean too.

It was worth staying in The Modi Samrat, hotel is located opp of CBS and many food options are available nearby. You can also visit Siddharth Garden near to the hotel, Rooms are quite enough for 2 people, Cleanliness is good for the entire hotel. i would recommend this hotel if you visit Aurangabad (now Sambhaji Nagar).

Nice rooms in affordable price. No indoor lunch or dining, need improvement of Hot water and dustbin, mosquito killer.
