Quick review:-

5.Location:- The hotel is on the outskirts of the city if you have your own personal vehicle then it should not be of any problem, otherwise it becomes a hassle to get a cab as the drivers keep asking for extra cash over the fare.
6. The hotel has an excellent 24 hours gym and swimming pool from 7 AM -10 PM.
7. The staff working in the restaurant is cooperative and accommodating to all requests.
8. The rooms are nice with carpeted floors and large glass view on one side.

So we reached late evening, we were a group of 4 friends meeting after 10 years. We just wanted to relax and keep it chill. At check-in we requested the front office to allow us the pool side sitting and we even assured that we would not use the swimming pool. however they rejected our request. It's a non smoking room hotels, where do you expect us to go? They answered go outside on the main road and do it.

There was no air-conditioning, not even fans, the whole reception area was very very humid and smelled of fungal spores.
Moving on - we saw cockroaches on the lift.
We got a handicap room which wasn't very appropriate given the design of the special commode, however rooms were clean and thankfully air-conditioning was working.

The club area (sitting lobby along the rooms) had a messy fungus infested torn and shabby carpet.

We then tried ordering room service from the elaborate menu, well 95% items were unavailable. You may order one of the 5 items instead.

Next day morning we went swimming. The pool was crystal clear and well maintained and was actually the best thing at the entire property. However the towels provided- smelt of fermented oils and were stinky and very bad quality.

I would not recommend anyone to visit this property. These guys need a serious overhaul. We made an emergency reservation and paid 20000 per night for the stay. Well they deserve no more than 2000 rupees per night and maybe an additional 500 for the decent clean swimming pool.

One of the worst experiences I had in this hotel. I went to celebrate my birthday on 5th September 2022, and the staff made it miserable. No basic needs were fulfilled. The food was cold, the breakfast spread was pathetic. After fighting for a simple birthday cake to cut with my family, they didn't give me anything. The staff told me that the rooms was non smoking and they did not give me the candles to light for the cake that was sent by my friends. But the irony is later on they gave me a cake and the candles. How does that justify there on statements? I would never recommend this hotel to anyone

Had great expections about taste and quality of food but was left high and dry. Going by the standards of ratings the taste should have been one with no competition but alas it was not uptown mark. Even basics were missing. Hard to say but compelled by the quality of food. Some efforts are genuinely need to upgrade the taste.

Every was good Like.. rooms are good. Reception services, room service, in room dining, house keeping are all excellent. Very well trained and responsive staff. It is superb, especially the Sunday Brunch. Excellent service too ... Special thanks to Payal she was good take caring person .

Pathetic staff, pathetic service. To start with they made us wait for 1.5 hours for check in despite having a confirmed booking. Additionally, the hotel staff is least bothered to take any accountability of the group of wedding guests staying in the hotel and screaming their lungs out at 1am in the morning and disturbing other guests. We couldn’t sleep all night and the hotel authorities did nothing about it. Rooms were dirty, linens were stained. Pathetic experience. If I could rate this hotel in negatives, would have done that.

Great staff, nice location, spacious & well maintainer rooms, exceptional food taste and variety wise! Overall pleasant stay!

Very courteous staff all around.

This place has no control over their guest who apparently book hotel for a wedding and behave like they own the entire place. The staff on duty ishan took no measures despite repeatedly calling him and complaining that guests are too loud and are hampering our sleep at 0100 am.
Request all to avoid this hotel if you love your sleep.
