Online pics and room is different.feels like they are cheating you
My office cubicle is bigger than this hotels rooms
Overpriced..1000-1200 room ke 6000 tak dene pade just due to rush in ujjain . majboori ka fyada uthao or paise kamao
Poor service ..intially old bedsheets and cover were given used by someone else ..we have to ask then to change it..no tv recharge..no mosquito repellent
Overall plz don't book it .

Very bad condition room don't book online check before booking at time of booking

1) Rooms is too shorts.
2)staff is not delivered any kind of service at right time
3) mosquito is there in the rooms if you stay out there please bring your own mosquito repellent
4) washroom is dirty and smelly
5) house keeping service is not proper
5) RO is not in working condition.because of we buy there own mineral water
6)if you wished to stay out in atlas palace first check the room. Then confirm it

The staff is very bad and their behavior is very bad. I booked hotel online for my parents, they reached earlier, lady at reception has no manners how to talk to customers, they didn't give them any room rather behaved like we got hotel for free.

Worst stay experience I Ever had. I stayed with my family, Booked 2 deluxe rooms and 1 standard room. the rooms were really dirty. it was no where near 3 star. No toiletries were provided except soap. After many arguments they provided us with 2 shampoo pouches of 1 rs each. other than that No other things were provided. Hotel staff is very rude and ill manared in one of the rooms that they provided had a door lock broken after many arguments they changed our room but dint give any towels, and toiletries. After asking for the same they said you should have carried it with you.. after that they came with only one towel. when i asked for one more as we had a double occupancy room so there should be 2 towels provided. He said only one towel per room is allowed. after that he gave one more. Bedsheets had food stains on them. when asked the receptionist about the same she was so rude, said you people do not understand we are running this hotel for last 40 years. we have changed the bedsheets but the oil stains will not be removed.Asked for hot water. the water for drinking, was so dirty it turned complete grey. I have not seen such a pathetic service ever in my whole life and that too in a 3 Star property.I will never visit this property ever again.

Pls don't ever make a mistake to book in this hotel, first of all pictures on websites are totally misleading, you get a shock of your life when you come to know when you see the condition of their rooms with the amount you have paid. The rooms are not even worth to pay 500 in off peak time and maximum 800 in peak season. We made a big mistake that we paid 5000/ where in no toiletries other than a very small size soap for hand wash, no water bottles, asking for tea kit & kettle is very extra that you can think of. You have to repeatedly ask to recharge your TV but it will not be done.. linens provided were reused, totally unhygienic rooms.. Everything if bad especially at this rate. You will feel cheated.

My honest review is that
Don’t choose this hotel if you are looking for pleasant stay. Let me explain you with proper pros & cons.

Pros-
1) This is very near to Railways station & mandir & very much in to the city
2) Very less budget friendly hotel

Cons -
1) Very dirty bathrooms with ripped bed sheets on bed
2) Not at all great to stay
3) Warms in the bathroom
4) very unpleasant cleaning
5) Tea was not so good
6) Fan was not working

Photos are misleading in the social media, also traffis are not at all worth it

Untidy and gross washrooms. My room had very poor ventilation, the damp stench/smell was enough to burn my nostril hair while I slept. The washroom wooden door was literally rotten due to moisture and dampness. I woke up astounded to hear someone was taking a shower in my room's washroom, luckily it was just my traveling companion bathing in the other room and the sound was coming from a 1ft x1ft opening in the wall that the two washrooms were sharing. Hence utter negligence for guests' privacy. Too costly. Also, they do not have rooms with a double bed and a single bed to accommodate 3 guests in a room, the 3rd guest would be sleeping on the floor mattress. I also had to get rid of a massive earthworm in the washroom to get my wife to use the washroom.

We are travel agent from Mumbai our guest stay here from 26th to 28th jan it's very bad property 👉Rooms are very bad, bathroom no hot water, toilet no water, not clean also all sandas on top of floors its very bad to say also bed sheets is not good Washing, no tea makers no any room services 👉we are suggest all travel agent don't promoted this property it's zero support and services
