Hotel Grand Suites

Situated just a few meters away from Bombay hospital, The Grand suites is really a great hotel, catering all kinds of accommodation. I stayed there in a budget room. The room was clean and had a TV and AC and water heater at a very reasonable rate. I felt they should improve the cleanliness of these rooms. Overall at this price, one really can't complain.

The owners were kind enough to show me their other rooms, The family suite was huge. They also had honeymoon suites. All these rooms were well equipped with a refrigerator and an electric kettle. The owners are really very polite and sweet couple. The hotel staff was very helpful.

There are many famous restaurants in the vicinity of the Hotel like House of Malts (in the same building, with live music) Bapu ki Kutia (very old famous veg restaurant just few steps away) and many more.

Our Stay Was In Luxury Rooms, So Small Shortcomings Like Odd Shaped Bathrooms, Shortage Of Manpower, Credit Card Machine Not Working Etc Can Be Ignored 😊 But Cutting One Star From The Ratings. Situated In A Plush Area Of Indore Gives It A Big Thumbs Up. Ample Parking Space. Good Lobby Area. Quite Clean Rooms. The Owners Are Themselves Present At The Hotel Reception Round The Clock. The Hotel Staff Are Well Behaved And Very Hospitable. Our Request For Unplanned Extension Was Allowed At A Reasonable Rate.Complimentary Breakfast Was Available In Our Plan, And It Was Tasty With Very Good Portion Size. No Non Veg Lunch Prepared By In House Cooks But Option Of Ordering From A 'Tie-Up' Restaurant Available. Overall Definitely Recommendable.

The hotel is beautiful . Located at a good place . Interiors are something that caught my eye. the entire trip was best! Housekeeping department was very spontaneous. Completed all the requests at the same time . the food too reached us early. no delay in anything what so ever.

Good hotel.... location is best.....just side to the main road....room is clean....alll is good....cost is 5400 rs for 3 person for 3 days stay....on upper floor...u can enjoy party....with music...room is big....and having 1 single bed and 1 double bed....and in just entrance having sitting arrangements also....and many more....but water is not purified which was given to us for drinking...so we have to arrange our own water.... thank you....see my uploaded pic for real view....from front and back side.

Very bad experience. In winter season U fail to provide hot water. Entrance very dusty & shabby.

Poorest hotel in area.
1. Owners are rude and non accommodative.

2. Property is in very bad condition and very ill maintained.

3. They don't even have basics things like hotel sanitation and all the things are very deteriorated condition.

4. Drinking water served is non RO or UV straight from tap.

5. No running hot water.

6. Bathrooms are in patatic condition.

7. ACs and lift don't work.

It was a very bad experience.

Best place at this location, situated at the main road right in front of Bombay hospital and most affordable in this area as well...it feels like home here... exceptional service and beautiful rooms(pictures on Google does not do justice) in all price ranges...they even provide a kettle with tea bags and coffee with some munchies in all rooms with best in class toiletry products of 'five elements', never expected this much in such a price point, easily comparable to any 5 star hotel in Indore both in terms of services and rooms...
Gorgeous rooms... excellent service...best location... superbly maintained hygiene and cleanliness...what more can I ask...!!
Also they have great discounts for bookings over direct calls making it even more affordable....this was a really easy 5 star review for me...
