Rooms are too good and very spacious, hospitality was good and prompt response. I will definitely suggest and promote the Raj Residency with all my contacts. Lots of services are available for in house guests.

This hotel is ofcourse very good with big rooms and good environment out of the city. Bu this is the demarits that it is toof ar from the city Khandwa. You can't get public transport from there easily and it is a matter of concern. Over all the hotel, its rooms, service, food, etc. is excellent. They have 99 similar rooms. It is a actually a marriage garden with around 2-3 large size gardens and 2-3 indoor large size halls for areanging big events. They even have a reasonable size swimming pool but while enquiring about frequency changing the water I was informed that it is being done in 45-60 days which is not good. It can cause serious scin issues to the skin sensitive people and can be hazardous in current COVID situation. They are offering the rooms at very reasonable rates as they are including breakfast and dinner in the tariff and one can get the specious non AC rooms at 1000 plus GST for 2 peraons it is 1200 plus GST. AC rooms are also availabel at a very reasonable prices: single @ 1350 plus GST and double 1900 plus GST. Rest every thing is good.

Certainly, one of the best places in Khandwa to go out for dinner ,lunch or a marriage function with family and friends.
Comparative to other hotels ,it is bit expensive.

I stay to Raj Residency in 3 days, Hotel in one of the get together. Hotel is located on good location. Staff is well trained and provided excellent services. Enjoyed the food and all the delicacies. I recommend others as well to visit this hotel,

The space is good for marriage ceremonies with a good taste of decor. They also have a pool wich can be used for pool parties I visited here while attending a marriage ceremony
