Lobby and facade are excellent. Rooms are okay. But service is poor. You have to call multiple times to get bucket, bedsheets. We had to do movement of luggage to the our rooms on our own.

Loved the place, in the heart of the city this palace is situated! The infrastructure of the hotel is amazing with a sitting arrangement on each floor with a unique antique lift the rooms are a little less or else rooms are also great and service was also great, the only con is that they charge you for water, I mean I have never seen a hotel charging for water. Or else it's a very lovely place, must stay!

Hotel Nahargarh Palace is a very good hotel in the heart of Indore. It is built as a heritage architecture and very nice rooms and the hospitality is also very nice. The hotel doesn't have a kitchen but the staff is so helpful that they arrange basic requirements like tea coffee etc. Though the hotel is located in a narrow place and parking is not available, the hotel has arranged a place to park guest vehicles properly. I would recommend this hotel to stay with family. It is very neat and hygienic place.

Don't be fooled by pics or outside decor. Nothing like a Haveli except the name. Super Over priced. I had booked a non-AC room as it's winter time n the room had nothing except a bed and a chair. The mattress quality was very bad. Then I had to upgrade it to a deluxe room by paying around 600 more. Even that room had no intercom. Very basic bed. Service is pathetic. No toilet paper and the toilet is quite small. I did not find any wi fi network so did not ask for it also, nothing like free wifi. The property is quite small and nestled inside a residential colony right on the road. So it's always noisy and even noise from other rooms, corridors and honking on the road also would disturb you. Be careful before booking this property.

Low budget stay. Non AC rooms available at ₹800. Manageable parking. Room and washroom quality poor and dull. Also the paarshad (local corporate) lives near the hotel and has tendency to create ruckus.

Based at Sheetalnagar Indore, near to Bombay Hospital, Hotel Nahargarh Palace is an unique hotel maintained by a body basically from Rajasthan. The look of the hotel is really exotic starting form the exterior, lobby, reception and rooms. The walls are well decorated by a lot of paintings of historical characters. Apart from that the rooms are quite large and having some unique features like two well decorated storage windows with colorful 'takiyas' and glasses. But the way the hotel has invested in terms of decoration and architecture could rather spend more time and attention on the service. First of all the lift is too narrow for even two persons to ride together and the system is very old. The service boys are cordial but not at all professionals and could understand a little also. The sweet spot which they should immediately improve upon is the breakfast service. I have booked through MMT with buffet breakfast included and have been served mere two items like poha and partha and tea and nothing else which is really not acceptable. The wash room design needs to improved as well. The rooms are also very noisy as the doors are not good enough to offer a sound sleep. If someone chooses it for a night it should be for s pleasure trip and not for a business tour. They also don't have any own restaurant,.one has to order from outside. Both veg and non veg foods are allowed inside. They only serve tea, milk and hoy water from the hotel.

the hotel is a nice place to live, with the royal heritage looks it's an ideal place to experience the royal stay...
buffet breakfast was homely and delicious..

staff also co-operative.

good for holiday couple but not for working professional as no desk and chair provided in the room

Extremely poor service and housekeeping. The "new" clean bedsheets and pillow covers have oil spots on them, extremely unhygienic. The housekeeping staff is mildly rude if ask for anything. TV doesn't work at all, even the guy they sent doesn't know how to get it to work. Neither does the door lock sometimes. Electricity disconnects at weird times with backup taking close to half an hour to kick in.
First glance the hotel looks nice and cozy but it's not. Don't get fooled. Won't stay here again.
Oh, also forget about getting any rest or quiet here. Too much loud noise and shouting from other guests. Management does nothing about it. It's like a giant dormitory instead of a peaceful quiet individual hotel rooms.
