BEWARE !!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE BIG TIME CHEAT AND FRAUD
I would urge all please neverrrr..everrrr think of going to this hotel. We made a booking to the hotel 15 days in advance and when we arrived there on the booking date early morning, the people at reception denied of any booking.
On top of that when we tried reaching out on the number mentioned, nobody was picking up the phone. Me along with my whole family were left stranded with even no option for other hotels as all the hotels were fully booked that day.
Somehow we again went back to the railway station and freshened up there while just waiting on the platform.
I want everyone to please stay away form this property. !!!!!!

The hotel is near the station and is a pure veg hotel the service was great. They helped me in keeping a look on the luggage even when we checkout.... Really appreciate the hospitality ..... The location has great view ... really affordable and has a walkable distance to the Mahakaleshwar temple 💛 🙏 less than 1 km..... 🌝

The rooms are spacious. washrooms are good. TV is operational.. Lighting is little less in Rooms. The restaurant on the first floor has awesome food. Definitely try unlimited Thali there. No complementary breakfast, not even water. You have to pay for each bottle you ask. Pay in cash. They don't accept full payment on UPI/Card.

Rooms are quite big, polite staff . 2 washroom ( indian and western) food taste is good they serve hot meal. Closer to all temples just one thing they accept only cash payments for all transactions. Rest all are best

Neat and clean rooms. However photos don't match the room size. The size of room was much smaller than the photo they have shared. Also as it is very near the railway station so there was noise of the train.

Overall a comfortable experience. Family Room is spacious, 1 double bed and 2 single beds. The hotel is a bit old , so the walls were giving off scrapes. Big enough bathroom, clean, towels and toiletries provided. But hot water system didn't work that well. Television with limited channels. Room service was quick. They serve good chai. Restaurant is a simple bhojnalay with decent food. If you go in with an open mind, its a decent enough stay, just not apt for the price. 3900/night for a family room was a bit pricey for a 2 star hotel.

Jan 2023. My mother [70 aged with knee issues] and daughter had been to Ujjain as part of pilgrimage trip. The hotel has lift. The customer serivce is excellent. It is a local business and certainly needs to be supported. The hotel is going through bit of renovation and repairs of electrical work but again the facilities are good. The front of hotel does not have sufficient car park as the lane is very congisted but there is a road back of this hotel which has sufficient parking. We had a taxi for pick-up and the hotel guided the driver for behind the hotel road. The best part of this hotel is, their food quality is extremly superb! The lunch starts from 11am. They arrange breakfast in room. Please note: They do not accept credit card payments. Paytm or google pay / phone pay or cash is acceptable. Midnight travel to Ujjain temple, no issues and auto's or tok tok is easily available. No issues at all.
