Hotel Apna Palace - 3 Star Hotel in Indore

Stayed in this property (3 adults 1 child) for 2 nights. As we reached late in the night, around 00:05 hrs, I repeatedly rang the hotel and reported about our late arrival. Though we made payment for extra person, we got only a mattress WITHOUT ANY COT. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, doors and walls dirty. Not at all up-to the standard of a 3 star hotel. The maintenance was extremely poor. Even the furnishings at the reception were not properly maintained. In the evening, we had no choice but to change the room. Sorry to mention that the next room also had a dirty bathroom. We had to ring the reception several times to get a bed sheet though we paid for the extra person accommodation.
The overall experience was very unpleasant and our tour mood was spoiled.

Stayed here with my wife on the 25th and 26th Dec. Room was dirty when we checked in and had to get it cleaned. Food was good, and the breakfast buffet had a lot of options. The hotel is located at the western edge of Indore city, so travelling to the city center can be quite cumbersome, especially since the auto rickshaws seldom run via meter (having your own vehicle becomes somewhat of a necessity). The hotel arranged a cab for my Ujjain visit which was quite comfortable and inexpensive. One major concern was the lack of hot water throughout the day, especially in late December when you would be shivering even at noon.

i stayed for two nights and the hotel ambiance was good. room service,food quality was excellent. in terms of cleanliness its upto the mark. no proper ventilation in the bathroom. overall its a perfect stay for the family and most important its near to the airport. i prefer staying here for my future trip.

I am glad to review this hotel. I booked 2 luxury rooms here. It was really like APNA. The staff was very well mannered and their services were prompt. The rooms and toilet were neat and tidy. I give 9/10 to APNA. Deducted 1 point as the locker did not work and when asked Manager, he wasn't available that time. It's ok but overall my stay was very peaceful. The view of garden from hotel room is v nice. Unfortunately my stay was during 45 degrees so we didn't go out of room but in rains I am sure the hotel, its environment, garden, spacious parking would be very soothing, cooling & refreshing. It was excellent.

The hotel is on the outskirts of the city but very close to the airport (around 10-15 mins drive). I stayed there with my family for 3 days. The property is well maintained. The rooms are nice and clean. And also the toilets. House-keeping staff perform their job well.
Breakfast is complimentary. Though not lavish but it's decent and only vegetarian.
Hotel has a veg only restaurant which is good.

My recent experience has been associated with the marriage that held on 28th Nov 2021.

The owner behaviour is like an illiterate and he'll forget that you have paid all your money in advance.
While taking the advance he'll ensure that everything will happen as you have decided, but once you have paid the money his attitude will change and he'll do everything as per his wish.

The rooms don't have any proper maintenance, some rooms will have not working flushes, some rooms with ACs not working and some with no lights working in the room.

If you have high patience and such a good tolerance that you could tolerate the managers behaviour along with such ill management then you should definitely go with it.

That's one of the major reasons that his hotel remains vacate most of the times, coz he doesn't know that customer satisfaction and customer relations are the most important things in today's market survival!!

But he has got an attitude that irrespective of his ill management, people will definitely book his hotel for wedding receptions and parties as his name is enough in the market.

The worst hospitality I have ever experienced. The hotel incharge - Raja Bhaiya is a very rude person. This place is not more than a Dharmashala where you will find flush not working, the health faucet will be on the left for most of the rooms. The ceilings are broken, no bathroom ventilations are working. The catering service is poor. I'm sure after few years this place will look like a haunted place because they do not perform maintenance at all. The common washrooms are broken and has no lights working. You will get hot water only in the morning for 2 hours. The brand "Apna" should really think of selling this property to someone who can manage rather than demining their brand value. I would request anyone who is thinking for a stay or wedding here should not consider even if no hotels are available in indore or even if they are offering for free.

All over the experience was very bad .
Manager is very arrogant he doesn't know how to talk to the guests.

While booking they prepared a budget where everything was included like decorations, food , Dj , Room chargers everything but 15 days before of the wedding they denied. They charged extra on decoration and for Dj as well.
15 days before we didn't left other options so we have to manage .

Also if i talk about plating system
Again i disappointed on that.
