I booked room in this hotel online and paid online when visted there to stay they denied my booking and asked me to cancel online that refund will come.
However no refumd policy is there on checkin time when i ask to get cancel they said do it yourself.
Then i had to.search for hotels due to there kaand.

Hotel is nearby to the temple and the bazaar. For one night stay or to go temple Darshan you can choose this hotel. If you're looking some pleasant accommodation then this is not your option. Hotel ppl need to maintain the rooms and service needs to improved. People who opt for with breakfast have to wait for very long to get to your room. Like 9 AM in the morning.

Not so plush, but definitely value for money. Only downside is hot water is supplied only in the morning hours in the October month. Not sure what would be the case in December to Feb a.k.a deep winter time

I was not satisfied with the way the hotel was managed. Basic things should not be compromised if you are taking a hotel at an average price level. Few points1. Conditions of the wall like all Paints erode.2. Condition of almirah. All hangares fallen with broken rod. 3. There was no currtain in one of small window just uppet to the main window, which was causing all light directly into eyes. 4. Cleaninss was compromosed. 5. No kettles | no stoll or chair in the room. 6. Toilet cleaniness and seat was hanging. 7. TV was not working and same got changed after complaint. It should not happen, we had booked room so forcefully we have to stay at worst room.

Horrible room conditions. No ventilation at all.
Bathroom is ok.
Staff are supportive.

Think of a place to stay in Ujjain near mahakaleshwar mandir then this is the one. Very clean rooms and staff is decent.

If you're planning to come with family and looking for some decent quality rooms and service, then don't go for this one. The room sizes are very compact in comparison to the online photos uploaded. The quality of bed mattresses and sheets is not good. We also had an arguement with the housekeeping staff over his behavior. We paid around 6k for three rooms which were not worth it.

If you're alone and planning to visit the mahakal temple, then you might consider this hotel as an option. This hotel is in very close proximity to the Mahakal Temple, just 15 min of walking distance.

Okay hotel. Close to the temple. Staff and manager were well mannered and friendly. Very clear in instructions.
Parking is problematic. We had to park the car on crowded road entire night. But it seems like a local practice there.
