Hotel Raj Mahal Palace Orchha

I had a pathetic experience at this hotel the management staff is poor, and they offered to join a twin bed for our booking made for king size which is inconvenient when you need to share the bed with kids.
Not recommended for those traveling with family for a vacation; they would ruin your experience of the entire trip.

The list of other issues faced by us is hot water supply, Wifi services, no one to pick luggage during checkout and tata sky services for TV was also not working.

Beautiful venue. Nice rooms. Rooms are well decorated and maintained. It is on highway. Parking is not an issue here. This palace is famous for destination wedding.
Room service & reception response is a bit slow (but maybe because property is huge), Food is also tasty. Overall a good experience.

Stayed there for 2 days n the stay was great... Rooms were spacious n clean... Well laid out premises.. toilets n linen were clean too... Food was reasonable... Enjoyed my stay.... Will visit again...

Untrained and incomplete staff with horrible service. When you pay a good amount to stay in such majestic property, you assume to receive a service well beyond your expectations.

Laughable excuses turning the entire stat sour and awful. Better to avoid!

Great place. Really loved everything about the hotel right from the ambience to amenities. This hotel was the venue for my sister's destination wedding. Will definitely recommend it to someone who is planning for a destination wedding. The beautiful design of the hotel clubbed with amazing decor makes it the absolute best venue for a wedding. The food was also decent but a little heavy on spices. Overall a great experience.

Everything here is larger than life. They can boast of having a great infrastructure which allows them to host upto 2 functions of different people at once in their property. Initially, it seems so big that it's a task to find rooms but you'll get used to it. Rooms have a double bed which can easily accommodate 2 adults + a child, has one cupboard,mini refrigerator, 24hr warm water and in certain rooms, has bathtubs installed too. If visiting in non winter months, do enjoy the pool. Much thanks too Priyamvada Ji and her team, service was just topnotch.

Great Location and ambience. Clean and safe rooms. Ample place to organise functions of any size. We gathered there for a family marraige function on 9th-10th Feb. I can assure you that Hotel's ambience, staff, event organizers will not disappoint you on any aspect. Ms. Priyamvada from Hotel team was super active in organizing things on time and even customized our demand quickly. It made us feel comforrable and accomodating. There are always areas of improvement specially when you are in service idustry so my advise to them to add audio systems in each room where guest can listen common announcements by Host to collab their guests to the venue. As this place is well suited for large events and family functions, a communication channelin rooms may add values. Wishing Good luck to the team.
