Unbelievably awesome food. Had non veg buffet. Only 2 snacks and 2 main course dishes were available but in this price point, you can't expect better. Also, service was great. Staff patiently waited almost 40 mins (after restaurant closing time) for us to finish. (We got to know that later)

We stayed on three different occasions in this property and here are our observations/ experiences:
Location - The hotel is located on RNT Marg, 700m from Indore Jn. Hardly a 5-7 min walk, which is very good. Can't expect a better location for sure
Room - The deluxe rooms are bigger an better and preferable for families. The rooms are clean, well lit and facilities are at par with hotels in this segment.
Staff - Unprofessional. They need better training on how to handle guests. When guests have a requirement or a concern, they simply try to exploit the situation by trying to upsell their products. For example, we asked for a late checkout until 2PM, which they refused saying that the rooms are sold out. They then offered late checkout at an additional payment. This is fine, but there is a way to handle these situations... We also had another concern - we were 2 adults and 1 child and requested allotment of a room with king bed, for our subsequent check in. However, this request was not considered and they allotted a twin bed and refused an extra mattress saying that a child is not eligible for the extra mattress and we need to pay extra. The next defense was that the rooms with king bed was sold out. After much deliberation, they offered a room with a king bed, which made the experience bitter. Such behavior is very unprofessional and bitter. The only motive that the staff had was to upsell and make money. Please note - I am not against upselling services, but there needs to be professionalism in the manner in which the staff treat guests and they cannot take people for granted. This is unacceptable.
Breakfast - Good. There was variety and food was tasty.
Restaurant - Food in general was good and nothing to complain.
Linen and Bath accessories - Good, but some of the towels are stained and looks old. Only one set of Bathroom accessories were kept and we had to ask for more as we were three of us.

Good location. Nice place to stay. We got a complimentary upgrade to deluxe suite since king size bed as per my booking wasn’t available. The room was super clean & specious. Bathroom was super clean too & had quality toiletries. They have a good restaurant, food is tasty & buffet has variety of dishes. I recommend you add food to the booking if you know you’ll eat here. You’ll save on that. Recommended 👍

This property will make you happy. It is in a great location, hardly 15-20 minutes from Rajwada (sarafa bazaar) and 56 dukaan. You will get auto rickshaws almost anytime during the day and night. The lobby is cozy and grand at the same time with comfortable sofas. It smells nice and very welcoming. They have another section in front of the lifts that you can sit in . Again modern and clean. The rooms are mazing with ample storage space like big cupboard and 4 drawers. They have a mini fridge s well as a kettle . The beds are huge and linen clean nd crisp. The housekeeping services are daily. The lighting yellow and adequately luxurious . Even the aisle is perfectly lit, with shiny floors and smells nice. The room service food is good. Breakfast buffet is value for money. Not that elaborate but considering the price it works. There is 24 hr hot water in the washroom. However i found the washroom a little stinky hut nothing that would bother you much. Our room didn't have any view . The folks at reception are very professional and helpful. Amazing stay will definitely recommend.

Stay was nice. But even after two reminders house keeping staff did not put bucket and mug in my bathroom, that is why four stars. All other aspects nice and good

Here is my review based on my 4 days stay at this hotel. 1. You will have to ask for every basic room service. whether its fresh towel or a comb kit or even a dental kit. 2. Half of the time the lift is not functional. So do expect climbing lift most of the time. 3. Breakfast has limited menu and lacks taste. Infact , they even have limited amount of juice available. so if one jug is consumed, the customer joining late for breakfast wont find anything. Just the left over. 4. They are more keen to sell water bottles of MRP 20 at selling price of 50 each. On top of it ,already they are charging more than MRP (maximum retail price which includes all taxes), they are charging GST on top of it. Their hotel branded bottles are unhygienic and should be avoided. (refer attached pic). would recommend to carry your own bottles from outside.
The list is big.... if you are really unfortunate you would stay there and add more to this list !

Very nice stay , very cooperative and understanding staff hotel js equipped with all modern amenities including CCTV cameras and guards all the time . Very easily accessible foods are nice tasty fresh neat and clean , very delicious food , services are good, bit costly, walk ìn distance from bus stand railway station and city . Ample parking facilities are available here for both two wheeler and four wheeler. Available on all online platforms and accepts all kind of payment mode.

Guys don't go for their lunch or dinner buffet. They will serve you low quality stuff...
Cons 1. Chinese soup with lot's of salt 2. No veggies 3. Quality of Salad is very poor 4. So much wait for the bread/roti 5. Their signature items you need to order as ala carte.
