The room was spacious and nice.
Staff was not co-operative at all. Our stay included breakfast. We reached early and asked them to let us do breakfast on day one morning instead of day two.
They simply refused. Though they were not doing something wrong but in hospitality business you have to put customer first.

The location of hotel is at walking distance to Indoor railway station gate no.4

The only thing which I liked about this property was the location and the accessibility to the railway station and bus stop!.We were asked to wait for almost an hour and after that they said that the price which was quoted on Booking.com is not acceptable and they charged us much more than the price which was shown! At that time we were exhausted and had no other choice but to accept what they said to us.nThe room wasn't clean at all and so was the bathroom, the water was not coming properly.nAnyone who's willing to stay here by looking at the prices on Booking.com or via any other websites I'd highly recommend not to choose this property. Either show up directly and agree with whatever price they quote or find any other properties who don't show something and say something else!

Value for money. Hotel is at the center for all attractions you are planning while in Indore. Breakfast was well planned and on time. Rooms were clean with all amenities working. Parking facility was limited but I didn't find any issues at all. In-hotel restaurant was also good. Overall i would say it's a good stay. Most important, staff was cooperative and ready to listen and rectify any problems immediately. I will definitely recommend to others.

The staff and management behaviour was horrifying, had booked the room well in advance and the full payment was done but at the time of check-in they demanded for extra amount, and when we agreed and asked for the invoice they deniend and it was literally like Gunda gardi and they cancelled the booking at the last moment. Stay not worth. Would not suggest anyone to stay in here.

Not provided breakfast. We already paid for it in website. Front desk do not agree. Any issues with booking they will not help. They will tell we don't know about other websites booking. We have information that comes only through Oyo but not about other websites like Agoda or MakeMyTrip. We were so tired after long journey, but they made us wait in reception till 10pm to discuss about breakfast. So pathetic experience. They don't care about you. Don't go here and waste your time. Your mood will spoil. Previously this hotel might be good. But now it's becoming bad due to lack of customer support.

I don’t usually put 5 star so easily but I have to write here so that we send good message across the travelling community. After travelling most of MP cities, I have pretty thin expectations. However, the rooms, the service and staff that you will get here, is incomparable. Everything I loved about this Stay. The bathroom was luxurious, same goes with the rooms at this reasonable costs. I strongly suggest you come and stay here. I would love to come n stay.

The hospitality of the staff is really good. The cleanliness can be improved, still can be managed. Good place to stay with affordable price. The food service is really awesome. Classic rooms with window are very spacious and one will really enjoy the stay.

We have booked 3 rooms for 5 people but When reached the hotel they said they cant provide us with 3 rooms as the amount with which booking was done was low so they offered us 2 rooms after lot of communication with OYO executives they asked me to relocate to another property which was inferior compared to this so they told me to either cancel the booking or pay extra for another room which they wont reimburse quite a painful experience. Moreover OYO doesn't confirm with the hotel about the guests and about the tarrif so when you reach there you have deal with it on your own. Very bad experience
