Holiday with family, Enjoyed our 2 night stay, outside of Indore city, near NH 52. Great ambience, big Room, only thing I didn't like is bathrooms, its very small.

Best thing is food, we enjoyed it as only pure veg food was served, non veg items are not available, also all bakery products are egg less.

It was a great stay for 3 days and 2 nights . The location is strategically located outside Indore City on highway. It eases your onward journey to Bhopal and Ujjain if you want to.
Coming to the property, one has to agree that Sheraton management definitely knows where to splurge money . The magnificent Greek architecture is something a visual treat to one's eyes. You must see the large banquet hall opposite the Sheraton hotel. It's a magic of an architect especially when you see it during sunrise time . It's so soothing.
The food was also good. The only drawback that they don't serve non-veg .
Now coming to service, it was indeed of the standards of a five star hotel. I can't deny that. Since we were traveling with a kid , they were kind enough to serve warm milk even in middle of the night 🌃✨ The room has an uninterrupted wifi and TV connection. Also have a mini fridge. Centralized AC and phone for room service.
I would surely recommend this for family outing and even for newly married couples 🙏

My stay was amazing! Customer service, staff training, and client handling are all at par with the brand’s reputation. My stay and experience in Indore at other hotel chains have been disappointing. But Sheraton Grand Palace did not disappoint. Although, this hotel is their only branch where it is a pure vegetarian hotel. I’d be willing to overlook this and would come back. This is because of their great management support and cooperation.

Thanks to all the staff, front desk, management, Fnb management, chefs, and housekeeping for making our stay comfortable.

Don’t book this hotel, the basic services are opposite of those expected from a 5-star. Front desk is arrogant and not receptive to even book basic services like hotel taxi. In-room dining always misplaces orders and delivers very late. The food quality is poor. You have to keep calling to follow up with their mistakes. The rooms are big but of no use. So many plumbing issues and no dining table to eat comfortably. It should be a 3-star.

One of the worst experience. Very disappointed. No value for money spent.
The rating is low right from the design to services on almost all fronts.
Example,
In-room dining: No menu cards in the room. Only QR codes and online interface can be used for ordering, which is fine if the system helps them take orders correctly. However, it’s shocking why this is the only medium when every order delivered by them had issues.
Even though the interface has an extra step to ask the number of guests and we’ve repeatedly mentioned “3”, we were always brought inadequate cutlery for 1-2 persons. Had to wait really long again to get those delivered.
Inedible food of 2-star hotel quality. The mushrooms in Thai curry were not chewable so we had to keep spitting them out. Fresh fruits are not fresh and charged a bomb for a plate.
Even though the interface has an extra step to ask the number of guests and we’ve repeatedly mentioned “3”, we were always brought inadequate cutlery for 1-2 persons. Had to wait really long again to get those delivered .
The online menu also has outdated prices, they call once again to confirm the new prices with you so the menu can’t be trusted. Don’t know again why this is the only medium of ordering.
After dining, we had to call 2 times and wait another 1-1.5 hours for the dishes to be cleared from the room. We slept late because of this.
Interior design for a suite is bad. Sofa there but no dining table. One has to literally eat holding the plates on hand.
Front-desk: The worst front desk service ever, slow and not receptive to our needs. All we did was book a hotel taxi to airport. They promise they will get back but never get back. We had to call multiple times in the following 2 hours to force out a confirmation
The menu isn’t clear of the quantity of items per plate so we over ordered at times.
Room ergonomics, furniture and plumbing: Bathroom hand-shower leaking from behind, water doesn’t drain fast in the sinks, an extra room of sofas gone to waste, doesn’t have a dining table to eat comfortably.

I stayed for a conference for 2 days and everything I experienced over there was at best. Magnificent marriage or convention hall. Huge garden, neat and spacious rooms. Best part is there pool area, lovely swimming pool with clean fresh water. A must recommend.

One of the beautiful and grand hotels in Indore. Beautiful architecture and interiors as well. The food here is super delicious and healthy. The chef, serving staff aren't very good but the managing staff are very rude and not at all friendly. This place is good to host a wedding.

Hey I went to Nilaya spa and Salon. They offer blissful couple therapy. The experience is relaxing and so calming!

Perfect for couples looking to steal away even if just for a couple of hours.
One of the best spa as I have visited till now.

Sonam Gupta given us a very good hospitality. Her helpful behaviour and the way she taken care of us was awesome.

Loved the experience.
Thank you once again.
