Hotel Aaradhy

All the rooms have some or the other problem. In some rooms only one light works in the entire room on the other the washroom lacked window glass thereby giving a freeway to the mosquitoes to enter. TV did not work for our entire stay for 2 days. The room A/C had water leak issue in the end had to keep a bucket in the room under the AC ad we were quite tired to change the hotel and room.
The guy at the reception tried to help but i think the management is not bothered about maintenance of the hotel as they have major issues that need to be resolved.
The rooms are small but okay. Wifi was working. Location is good as well.

Service is not good they are not given that all eminenties which is mentioned on the website.
Like no Hot water for bath.
Wifi speed is lawest
No breakfast
One of the worst thing that refund is given in specific time.
Bedsheets and pilow and blanket smelled like Yaaak.

Before checkin they call to confirm if visit is confirm, so they would keep the room ready.
But when you reach all you see is dirty room, ripped and unwashed bedsheets.
Never cleaned toilets.

Rooms were not clean , thera was a mouse in the room , no warm water available at tap directly. Some staff was helpful but many were arrogant

SOS !!! Rats are coming inside the rooms and are eating away fruits or snaks which you may have kept.
Never seen or heard of a hotel where Rats are coming upto your bed while you are sleeping.
Room & Location is good,but due to this Rat issue,don't prefer this room.

Dont book this hotel. Rooms are garden area for mouse and they will eat away your foods and good & while you sleep,they will come to your pillow. If you want to live in such an environment, you may book. Personal advice, don't book rooms.

Very bad hotel.Bad services. No food available.Even no Intercom available in the room. Bad behaviour of staffs too

Had a terrible experience with this hotel. I would strongly recommend people to avoid this hotel. The rooms had paan stains, hot water was only available from 4am to 8am in the morning, which was not informed to us by the staff. The staff was rude and unprofessional. If you’re planning to go here on a sunday, then keep in mind that a market is set up on the road leading to the hotel, so no vehicle can pass through. The hotel would not inform you of this inconvenience. The only good thing about this hotel is the close proximity to Ujjain railway station.
