Hotel KGC Celebrations

I did not like the hotel service at all. The staff was not at all cooperative. I asked for help when I lost my room key but the staff reacted very badly and inappropriately. The manager expressly stated that nothing could be done and I had to wait till next day. Being such a big and reputated hotel , not having a master key and their unwillingness to help their guest on the wedding day itself is strictly not acceptable.

Worst experience... According to the price... No intercom facility in the rooms... No kettle for hot water in the rooms... No hand towels... No water in the room... Bathroom doors lock problems (checked with several rooms)... Hopeless mattress... Much more to say..... Ya No laundry service... Etc etc

Nice hotel with clean and spacious rooms. We were 11 adults and 2 kids stayed in 3 rooms for 2 nights. bathroom lock was not working properly in all the rooms. We got locked in bathroom Many times. you will get only tea and water in hotel they don't have restaurant and nearby you can't find any restaurant. Hotel is bit our of city around 1-1.5 km away from city centre.

Rooms are not too large, bathroom are small, breakfast is not included in the tariff, what I did not like was the bed sheets were not clean, we were they just for one night the friend who was in another room, the AC did not work all night, they do not have a restaurant so we have to go out and eat

Good place for a small family function, catering staff should be in clean uniform, and service also to be improve...

Loved the premises. Hotel staffs are so kind and helpful.
