If you're on a budget but still looking out for a fairly decent place to stay, this is the place to go to. It's clean and comfortable. The only downside i faced was the availability of hot water which stopped mid-shower and didn't come back on. The hotel did offer to send hot water to the room though.

Good hotel for adults. There is bar in hotel itself. I visited with children, so it was hard to have a break fast because it was smelling full of beers. Room service and staff was supportive.
Hotel location is on highway. So for any local transportation you may need to travel a bit. Break fast quality was not so good.
Place is not so cozy. Rooms are good. They don't have hair oil (need to carry).
Early morning atmosphere feels good outside hotel because of it's location and open area.

Hotel should train their staff to work well for room service.
Hope better experience next time.

House keeping service is sluggish, it took 4 reminders to get my room DTH recharge done. Rooms can be better. The breakfast is very good. Staff is soft and we'll mannered, but needs to be refinded to being prompt

Visited the rooftop restaurant. The place was good, but since its located opp. to a railway crossing, there is a continuous siren sound (opening and closing of railway crossing barrier) coming up, which spoils the ambience. The service was good but the food lacked taste.

If you have a brief stay and do not wish to spend a lot on it, Treebo Trend Sun Palace is the place to stay. It doesn't pinch your pocket at all. We got a very good deal at this place. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, the air conditioning was great, what else does one need. The breakfast could get better though. From location stand point, this place is great too.

Very basic hotel. I opted for it since it is very close to all government offices. But then realised that Bhopal traffic isn't that bad to worry about distances.

Staff at the hotel is a bunch of nice people, and rooms are spacious . That apart, room quality, cleanliness, quality of tea / coffee (I did not dare to try the food) isn't that great.

Not recommended unless you are on a really tight budget

Excellent staff service. Staff is very cooperative and good facilities for stay like 24 hour hot water , perfect AC, breakfast included and other amenities are available. Quick room service for any requirement. Would recommend the stay.

Facilities are really bad. There is no hot water in the bathroom, the window frames are broken and if you are staying in room 206, then only God can save you. You cannot sleep as it faces the railway crossing and a noisy street where train engines and vehicles on the road honk like anything. The rooms can get stuffy as well. I wonder which genius decided to build a hotel near a railway crossing and then backed it up by leaving window frames broken to let the noise seep in. I complained to the front desk but nothing was done to fix it. The single star is for the food in the restaurant..which I must say is really good. A metro station is also coming up so imagine the noise that will envelope this place? Suggestion: avoid.
