OYO Flagship 809636 Hotel Samar Residency

The staff doesn't know what SERVICE means. If you say water supply is not there in bath room , the staff would say ,' what can they do with that ? '. Room not clean , flush not working ,and service was the worst ever I received . I would recommend this property to who I really hated the most. Looks OYO also do not care about the customer service and they don't talk to property in advance and the customer has to suffer with the property first denying the check in then after so many discussions , Oyo would manage to get some property but with poor services . I intend not to use OYO Service further ..

Not happy with the hotel.
Pros: nice colony it is located, easy accessibility of autos to go out
Cons:
Rooms in picture are new but not the actuals
Need to ask for lights, tv and door mats to be arranged.

Too bad experience room an toilet are so dirty ,leakage from the roof, toilet seat cover is broken.
Lots if I tell the to star tv 📺 but the don't start the always make a iskus say we solve the problem we recharge the TV but elapsed no any problem solved neither change the room
So my request to you all no visits

There are so many hotel in indore.

Worst experience of my life ever, nothing was good ,only they post great and comfortable pictures of stay which is just a mirage, no cleanliness , no hygiene , bad behaviour of staffs and moreover food is disgusting, the location is worst of worst , and bedsheets were just awful, washrooms were smelling like rotten eggs and even no power backup ,no wifi ,no AC even paying full charge , no value for money ,just don't book it ,totally waste of money and worst stay ever..

Waste of money it's a cheap hotel no service at all dirty room staff are very cheap asking money all time for everything bad staff behaviour

They show many facilities while i was booking it online but nothing was provided even room service was not provided for a bottle of water we had to roam here and there bcoz they were not providing it i didn't liked it at all...think twice before booking this

Very bad experience. No proper communication between hotel management and oyo management. Not at all trustworthy.
