If you ask frankly the whole neemuch city doesn't have a single property which is up to the mark, worst ever experience in last 3 years of a city.
Do not stay in this city if you doesn't have an emergency.
We found this one as an adjustment for 2 nights but it was a horrible experience with the both stay and food.
Positives:
Staffs : they are so cooperative and giving their best of efforts to make customers stay as wonderful they can.
Only property found a bit more family friendly in whole city.
Negatives :
They never change the bedsheets and blankets, I guess they repeat it for a week atleast.
Bathrooms are never cleaned
New property has been almost not maintained from long.
Food is too pathetic and not worth for money at all.

Best family hotel in neemuch. Lifts are available, accessible parking service, very huge space , cctv cameras were installed at different locations , A baby pool is there for enjoyment, AC rooms having double beds. A best hotel for staying , any other functions like marriage, birthday party.

Newly constructed Hotel cum resort located out side of the city on Main Mahu-Neemuch road Kanawati. Suitable to stay as well as functions. Nearby places are open field and gives nice morning view as well as pollution free environment. Overall rating 4

This place is claimed to be a hotel/ resort but it is more of a DHARAMSHALA.
Very very poorly maintained- utterly dirty bathrooms like they have not been cleaned for ages, broken buckets and bath stool, the sheets were not changed when we checked in and had all sorts of stains- hair and bindis stuck to pillow covers. The blanket covers were extremely dirty. Also, the towel they provided seemed to be more of a mop- all stained and dirty.
Nobody asks for room cleaning during your stay. Water bottles provided only on day 1 , after which they refused to serve bottled water. They have Solar powered geysers - so hot water might be a problem for you if the place is fully occupied.
The lawn area is good for a gathering with quite a good number of guests. But if you are looking for a hotel/ stay for your guests- this place is a big no!!
