The hotel is strategically located and has quite spacious rooms. The service is also good. Although the coolers do not have a cooking effect so especially if travelling during Summers, their AC rooms are recommended for a stay rather than non-AC rooms.

Amazing experience to stay in this hotel from 31.05.2022 to 07.06.2022. what a quality of service and hygiene canteen facility and rooms are full of all amenities. what a hospitallity was give by the staff . All the staff in very cooperative and quick response and 100% dedicated to their customers searching I personally recommend to all to visit and take the joy of hospitality and quality of service.

Really very good hotel 🏨🏨 to stay at khandwa. Prime location just walking distance from khandwa railway station and bus stop. Rooms are really very specious and cleansess is superb. Central Air cooled room is very useful in summer season. Food quality is superb and taste of food is yummy. Staff is very cooperative and well behaved. Infrastructure of this hotel 🏨🏨🏨 maintained very well by the management. I personally recommend to all to stay here and take the joy of real life here at hotel Castle Inn (Khandwa) . Speach Lee hospitallity . Receptionist behaviour is very polite.... I have give 5/5 mean 100% (पैसा वसूल) ।।

A very good place for staying at Khandwa, Madhya Pradesh. Rooms are clean and very spacious. Service is also good. The quality of food is quite decent. Overall good place.

Staff behaviour was excellent. Room was clean and tidy. Security was good. All spots which are famous there are easily accessible from Castle Inn. Cab and auto can also be provided by the hotel at your cost. Best place to stay🤍

Hotel Castle Inn in Khandwa is a 3 Star property located in the heart of the city near Bus Stand & Railway Station. I visited this for one seminar. Ambience of hotel is good but need some updates in services. Food quality is ok as per local requirements. Parking space is sufficient as location is very prime.

Very bad experience.😡 I have come to Khandwa for the first time with my wife. Looking for a nice place to have lunch then came across Hotel Castle Inn Restaurant 'Option'. On coming here, while ordering food, the waiter told the policy that you cannot share food with your partner in a plate. While we were ordering 3 more dishes along with thali but if I can't share food with my wife then why should I eat here. So I left from there. Hotel Castle Inn should improve your policies.
