I had a very bad experience in staying at this hotel. The staff was very careless and also the receptionist was very disintrusted in hearing things. I visit Harda every month for my personal work and meet my relatives but here after I won't be staying in this hotel. Won't be surprised if this review gets unnoticed and I won't contacted by the hotel staff. The food was good.

The rooms are fine but the bathroom was the worst bathroom I had ever seen. It seemed and smelled like a railway platform toilet. Same is the agony with the lobby on the first floor. Also the towel and bedding was very very dirty.

Liked the rooms of hotel. Clean washrooms. Polite staff. Restaurant facility is also good, with good taste. Located at walking distance from Harda railway station. Photos on website decribes true.

Good place near railway station at Harda. Food is good, grass lawn is also there . Tried many of their dishes but Chinese dishes they serve here, that taste u will find nowhere else in Harda .

no picture with me however the rooms are very spacious neat and clean.linens and towel were really very clean and fresh.food is too good.

I was coming from Ujjain to Betul by road and choose to travel via Harda to escape crowd in Bhopal. As the road is under construction, and bumpy, it was a harder task. After Harida we stayed for dinner. This place and food a praise worthy

Worst services ever experienced.
1 I took executive room but didn't have key, every time had to rush to resception to get room opened.
2 I found insect in sweet dish while eating Lunch and complained to restaurant manager. He checked himself and agreed but no action taken & not even liked to talk on this matter.
3 I had to request for water also that i was served 4-5 times.
4 I requested to share contact of Manager then I was shared contact number of Mr Durgesh but he also didn't receive called few times (I was told he is onleave).
5 Unfortunately I forgot to collect my bill and now when I called then Mr Arvind said we are sharing your bill on what's app and after that no body is even responding calls, i have called several Times.
6 No wife password was shared.

Hotel is ok as per price. Vegetarian food is good. but they need to improve a lot on cleanliness. Ample parking space is available, night stay for drivers is provided free of cost.
