Hotel Raj Palace

I stayed in this hotel for one night while on the way from Hyderabad to Bihar duing Oct-2017. We were relaxed to find this hotel after a drive of 1000km and hunt over few of them in Katni. I was impressed by the courteous staff, their hospitable service made our halt very relaxing on my long trip. The food was good, hotel is economical, parking is available. This is nearby Highway so it was easy for me to search without taking much deviation. Overall i was impressed with the staff response and good food, clean room which we needed most after bumpy rides of MP. Wonderful stay experience at the hotel. All the best to the staffs.

Hotel is very near from damoh - Katni highway & very good option for night hault. Having a good & safe parking area. Restaurant is good & service is fast. Suite Room is very spacious & having separate seating area & Bed AND separate AC for both. TV is small according to room. Bathroom is very spacious. A Balcony is there but it is useless as AC outer part is fitted there. Small size fridge is also available in Room.

Worst experience ever, the staff is clumsy and didn't wanna listen at all, had to call like 3 times just to get our rooms get cleaned and didn't tell us about the condition of rooms too, it's like " naam bade darshan chote" .
Overall, not recommended, don't fall for exterior building!

Location quite good but food is tasty

What a delightful property. From room service to food quality , this is incomparable. Although this is a quite old property but the hospitality and taste they offer make them ahead with most of the new hotels in town. We have taken dinner as well as break fast during our stay. Awesome Butter paneer masala. Poha was outstanding.

Very old property looks great from outside but rooms are stuck in time.

Not so good hotel. Service is bad, breakfast not included in booking. Check out experience is very bad. Rooms are not so good. Food is not good. Washroom is not clean, no laundry service available.
