Hotel Park Palace

Stayed here for my wedding, location and area of the property was good but the behaviour of the night shift staff specially Mr Shukla (receptionist)was very bad. He wasn't aware of the total number of rooms booked for the night after the wedding and kept harassing the guests to leave in the night. Ultimately the upper management of the hotel confirmed the booking details to him. Hopefully the management takes proper action against him.
The room lacks some basic necessities like an electric kettle, fridge etc but that's okay considering the price.

The stay and food was good. Our host Mr. Shubham made our everything from check in to check out super smooth and up to the mark. Will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Ujjain

The hotel was not good not at all clean. They have so big menu but available food options available were very few. Location was perfect but amenities were not so good.

It all comes to people, the people in hotel were very good guys. They were very kind, understanding and helpful. In future if time presents an opportunity I will stay here again.
We were on tight schedule so we were unable to make use of their hospitality, maybe next time.

During 3 days of our stay they never cleaned the floor, not changed the bedsheets, not refilled the hand washing liquid in bathroom. They did nothing.
The water tap is also very tough and unusual.

Neat and clean rooms. Room service is good. This hotel is popular for weddings. Parking space for wedding functions is very limited. Nice ambience.

The place is huge, loved the ambience, was here for my best friend's wedding. We enjoyed a lot. Even though it was freezing cold outside there was availability of hot water which was amazing.

Night Staff behaviour as mentioned in previous comments, was true. only body gel was in toiltry, no face towel, broken glass was given as water glass, bathroom nubs are extremely hard to use due to rust. For paid breakfast, it was not ready and you have to inform them 30 mins before. then only they will give you breakfast. Room had old dirty sofa. I had booked for 3rd guest , for 2 days. They did not give the bed. on asking the 2nd night, it took 30 mins and rwminder call to give a mattress.For elderly parents I had requested to arrange some breakfast by 7,1 staff say we will try, but the other next morning on face, rudely says we can't do anything before 8. price is also not less comparative to the service we get. They are earning money from marriage party, so they don't care about resturant guests.
In the ground hall, common toilets are badly mentained.
