My brother's engagement held in this hotel . These 2 stars is only for the food and decoration part for the function other wise it was a very bad experience. 1 . They put 2 speaker (worst sound) in the hall and no one was there to manage the songs and sound ,if we want to play the music then we have to use our phones and they take full charges when they do the bill and they said "aisa hi hota hai hum ku chalawaye". 2. Rooms were not clean properly ,taps were not working properly in the bathrooms . 3. And Everything put aside if the behaviour of staff is good , but the girl sitting in the reception is very unprofessional ,she don't know how to talk ,she was so rude while talking to elders anyways its her values.
One thing I want to say that there is always a room for an improvement so hope you will improve the service and tell your staff to talk in a good manner with customers.

Giving 1 rating as 0 was not possible. - Room was full of spiders and its web. - I Stayed for 2 nights and room was not cleaned even after asking for it. - Unprofessional staff. - On asking Mosquito replant, they brought "Kacchua chhap agarbatti" which can fill a closed room with smoke and kill you.

Worst experience. Bad bedsheets, lights not working, worst housekeeping were a few to name at. Moreover, no query and complaint resolution by desk manager. Would definitely not suggest.

No cleaning and geyser was not working, even after repeated complaints the hotel didn’t bother to repair it also didn’t change the room ! Pathetic experience

Room are to Dirty , Furniture is Old and due to non maintenance its dropping from walls , Seepage in Rooms , Blankets , bedsheets & Pillow covers are very dirty. Per cost should be Rs. 500 that's all .

It was my one of the worst hotel xperience (behaviour).they didn't allow me before 1 hrs check-in just bcs I booked online, they took Rs.500 more for early chek in.room was not ready.staff behaviour was not that much good and hotel manager also behaving like I got a free booking.we faced full of arguments issues during check in.hotel doesn't provide any complementary water.my wife was not feeling well in front of hotel manager.
