I strongly recommend you to not to book this hotel room because as you can see the pictures uploaded by me, here you can see the dirtness of bathroom and also next morning after my bath water was running in tap it's empty. And also on that morning fan and light git switched off but when i switch on AC its working i asked Hotelier he said no electricity so, how the bluddy AC was working. And if you check price of this hotel room price on oyo or Goibibo it's not worth it.

The audacity of the receptionist here will blow your mind, after booking the room through Oyo this guy redirected me to another hotel just around the road called relax in, the room was terrible, TV out of service AC counting its last moments restroom was not cleaned and gutka stain all over the room, upon Asking the room boy to clean the restroom he just poured a bucket of water and left didn't provide wifi password even after asking multiple times, do yourself a favour and walk for another 50-100 meters and you will find better hotels at the same price point skip this horrible place.

Hotel Airport View (OYO 49987) at Indore is horrible. It is worst than a low graded country side lodge full of insects and mosquitos, no ventilation floor tiles are broken, washroom is like a public lavatory in a railway platform.

When I asked OYO to replace another hotel, they asked me to dial a number which even after 15-20 times did not connect me to customer care. There is no grievance mechanism in OYO and they do not provide any customer help other than a robotic chat which will end the chat abruptly.

Eventually I cancelled my booking for which OYO declined to refund even one rupee and I had to book and shift to another hotel in the city in the middle of the night.

In case you have an airport transfer and need an overnight stay at Indore, my suggestion is DO NOT EVER BOOK ANY HOTEL WITH OYO. OYO has no reputation left as the company representative do not bother to even check the property before branding then with OYO.

Please go to Indore City and book any good hotel after visiting the property personally and do not make ever any PREPAID booking unless it is a rated property by Indian hotels Federation

Worst place so dirty and unhygienic. Also the rooms are very different from photos no room service at all. Very rude receptionist.

Worst lodge, no chairs worst service by hotel staff
