Charged extra money. Hotel manager is very unprofessional & rude. Trust me don't go to this hotel.

Rooms are not as per picks uploaded, Dubble bade are worst.. two single bad mattresses place on bade ...it moves any were. Not comfortable. Absolutely bakwas service Wrong information couple are not allowed ... They taken extra charges Rs.200/- on check in time.. Hot 🔥 water are not available in room Wash room are also not comfortable bad smells are coming. Only one thing is good, it was near to Kothibazar. Parking is good Hotel are good for solo stay only ... Price should be 500 for one day Not worth if more than it .. Rather than it saty at Hotel Basant near to betul railway station.. it was good for everything stay food convenient everything will be nearest to it ..

If I had an option of giving negative rating i would have gone for that. Unprofessional staff they came down to the standard of quarreling and abusing customers. Stinking rooms and sanitation issue in washroom smelling like sewers. Leaking taps and showers. Water from washbasin was spreading in the bathing area.
