Good place but service quality is declining day by day. No professional approach. Always have to go to reception to have anything or for food order. Phones at room is only for show and if you try to call reception there will b no person to take call.

Room conditions are good as it is a new construction. Rates r truely reasonable and can be a nice place to stay for next 3 yrs.

Good Place to stay in singrauli, spacious and comfortable room. Bathroom and toilets are neat and clean. Room service is very good. Rooms are available in affordable budget starting from 900 to 1600 Rs. In house restaurant is also available. Although food quality is not good, really bad. Need to improve food quality.
Don't think it's a 3 star hotel but as per price it's best in comparison to other hotel which shows 2500 to 3000 per night.
Must stay with affordable price.

The place is located in a quaint street in singrauli, about 1.5 km from Bus stand. The staff is energetic and serves fast but there isn't a single manager sitting throughout the day so every time you talk to a new person on the desk. The rooms are reasonably priced but a big gutter flows below the windows of all rooms that are facing the same side. Strangely, there isn't a noticeable difference between standard and premium rooms. Also the food in lunch and dinner is spicey and it upset my stomach twice. Only breakfast is good. Besides, they struggle in managing their water supply and the taps run out of water atleast once a day. However, I left with an overall pleasent experience since they addressed all my complaints quickly.

Very late plus bad service. And food was just horrible. Don't dare to try!

They must improve there service there is only one associate staff who is serving food and food is tasty no doubt

It was nice. As there is no more option in singrauli. But there is problem in car parking. There is very small parking area, which got full in just 3 car. Staff is also not very active. But ok according to the city.

Restaurant structure is a decent budgeted for small family or couples, or friends randomly deciding to have "restaurant food", nothing luxurious or appealing though. I have tried Butter Chicken (okay-ish), Chilli Chicken (not so good), and Roasted Chicken (it was roasted and not boiled, please confirm while ordering, this was really good).
