I booked by Oyo at cost Rs. 700/- ....n i go to hotel, but hotel manager denied my booking.... manager said Oyo tariff is very low according hotel tariff .....our minimum room charges is Rs. 1200/-
I called same time to Oyo customer care but not get solution.... If your room tariff is high then why should listing ur property in Oyo ????

Booked this hotel for my parents. On their arrival they denied the room saying the amount at which hotel has been booked is very less to what is actually charged. On contacting goibibo, customer care told to pay the amount whatever is being asked and it would be reimbursed. So I paid the asked amount however I needed the hotel reciept which again the hotel receptionist denied telling they cannot give the receipt with GST number and if I need I need to pay 18% extra. The lady maybe the owner is absolute disgrace and horrendous and pathetic. The way she speaks is not welcoming at all. If my message is read by someone please avoid this hotel. To the lady at receptionist: I wish you the worst. You are disgraceful and worst human anybody could imagine.

Please don't book this hotel.. I had booked this hotel via a third party website, the amount was fully paid but they denied to provide the room saying that the amount is very low on the website and their minimum charge per day is 1200, they asked us to pay the extra amount.

I contacted the third party website even they did not do anything. When i asked them to cancel the booking instead, they told i would not be refunded any amount.

Please don’t book this hotel. It’s a pure scam to trap the customer by making them pay amount in advance which cannot be refunded. Even third party website’s are not help with this.

I booked it from MMT and when i go for check in they denied to give me a room they said that in that price no rooms available and then i contact to site they also ignored my complaint and my money is not refunded just coz of the hotel staff and the services of the third party app

Hotel takes more money than Oyo offers. They asked me to decline your offer and accept there offer otherwise they not allow us in hotel. No water supply. No drinking water. Only biesalry water. Fan was so noisy. Bed sheets are dirty. Low lights in rooms.

I suggest never book this hotel. Hotel staff denied the check-in bcz of low tariff and I have to move do booking again it's waste of time and money. Manager is arrogant behaving rudely. So I would suggest to my follow travelers avoid this type hotel.

They didn't provide rooms at all. If you booked online they cancel at any time. So be careful.

Receptionist lady doesn't have manner how to talk with guest. They are only money maker. As per my suggestion don't go with family here because it's not safe place for stay. Bad experience bcz of Receptionist.
