Very derty rooms , staff is not professional if you come before 11.30 they charge 500+tax for early checkin
My experiance was very bad i will never stay in this hotel. Over all uchi dukan feeke pakwan.

I been to thier restaurant DAWAT and found to be VVVOOOWWWWW.....excellent ambiance, too good food and cordial service.... overall a wonderful experience. Only drawback is that The hotel is not visible prominently from the road which means one has to negotiate a bit to reach there though its luxurious hotel so ppl are aware and guide u precisely. I loved it. I requested to see the room which was again found to be beautiful. I would recommend foodies to visit this place and visitors to choose this place to stay here. Thnx.

Had worst experience in hotel...nothing is good except pick and drop facility from station. very poor hospitality, dirty rooms and service...... Bath towel seems not cleaned but just dried and kept in room. Though website and MMT, Goibibo and other websites shows many facilities but actually a very small dirty table and chair was provided after request.

Overall very good staff and service..since it's old hotel needs to update all the facilities like lift, room, and other house keeping stuff.

They don't know how to service a guest. Waiters will enter your room straight, without knocking, leave taking your permission.

It there is any events going on in hotel pls personally I don't recommend this
It was late at night at 1am and the sound of dhol was trashing my mind as I was having an headache and tired for the whole day and need rest
But no sleep and it was costly

Property is quite old and it really need a complete makeover with modern amenities.
In Jabalpur better rooms are available in low rates.

Food quality is pathetic and service is very poor.

Not recommended from myside.

Food quality is also just ok.
Didn't see any improvement for last three years.
