Soubhagya Residency

I loved this hotel. The staff was incredibly nice. They immediately sent helpt to our room when we didn't know how to work the TV. The food was excellent! So many things to choose from (veg and non-veg) and many desserts. The staff would always check if there was water in our glasses and bring fresh Naan. Overall an excellent experience!

Worst experience ever. Stinky rooms with frequent power failures. Very poor customer service and the hotel employees were very rude.
The staffs did not even provide drinking water. When asked they said they were unable to get at the time. The rooms were AC except that the whole block will loose power when we switch it on. Some of the rooms didn't have a fan also.
One good thing is that there were a lot of cockroaches to give us company over night.
The employees behaved as if we were being paid to stay there.
Please don't get deceived by the pics. You can get a better sleep by the road side.

It was a nice and pleasant to stay at this hotel. Clean room and very accessible to shopping area. Middle of the town and bus stand is nearby. Good service... If I again visit thalassery will definitely book over here. Keep maintaining this service.

My family have stayed in this hotel. They were all happy with the stay in the hotel. The rooms were all clean. Behaviour of staffs were also good.

The service offered is not so good. Seems like the management is not caring about the customer satisfaction or customer needs. Even though it's classified under 3 Star, facilities are not up to the mark. Lift service also not reliable always on maintenance.

Good location...Good Hotel. Rooms are very clean and neat. All Staff are very friendly and there behaviour are good. Last 3 time I am staying here whenever I came to kerala thallesarry. Nice experience...

The staff especially the security personnel even he is an elderly person was so courteous and welcoming and the room was also neat and clean. The exterior of the hotel was really well maintained....Breakfast quality needs improvement...
