Broad Bean, Kannur | The Business Class Hotel

I went here to attend a conference as a part of business activity. It was held in the 5th floor. The rooms were spacious, good ambience, service is good. Food is ok. Location is the most favourable thing about this hotel. But there is only one each toilet for gents and ladies which creates some congestion there.Otherwise it is excellent.

Stayed at the Broad Bean hotel in Kannur and the location is right in the heart of the town with the railway station very close to the hotel. Being the nearest to the bus stand it is very easy to catch a rickshaw and the hotel will arrange a taxi at a very affordable price.

The rooms are very clean and well maintained. It was a very comfortable stay with all the modern amenities provided in the rooms. The restaurant at the hotel serves excellent food. We had lunch and complimentary breakfast and I must say the food was very tasty.

The staff both at the front office and also the house keeping were all very helpful. Overall it was a very pleasant experience!

Stayed at Boadbean kannur for one week during my Kannur visit. Loved my stay and would recommend highly. Very spacious and clean room. This hotel has a restaurant too. Enjoyed their food ,hotel is near the bus stand and railway station, so easy access to public transportation.
Above all the staffs were very courteous and accommodating.

Ambiance is good, nice property at the heart of the city.
They have a multi cuisine restaurant serving delicious food. Service also nice. Never miss their Biriyani. 😋

Stayed with family, very good room, NICE STAY. Milestone Restaurant in ground floor. Had a delightful and delicious lunch. Service Staff are very helpful.

One of the nice hotel in Kannur. This hotel is inside new bus stand, Kannur. Food is nice. Bar facility available. Good parking

Booked the hall for a conference and had really bad experience.

Dont have basic amenities like a “Working” mics, power backup, a basic sound system.

In middle of your conference, power may go off repeatedly and they (management) have shown no sign of helping.

And the staffs, very unprofessional staffs they have. You are in middle of a BNi meeting and can hear staffs speaking in a very loud manner. They were literally shouting at each other in middle of the meeting.

You organise a conference there, invited guests, paying a very high rates per head, and they treat your guests like beggars. I mean wow.

Food were good though. They says it’s a business class hotel but they serves tea and coffee in a steel glass . I mean really?

Very disappointed with the experience.
Not worth recommending.

Well maintained rooms. Clean hotel and good hospitality. Has options for taste food. Near to kannur bus stand and railway station.
