The breakfast served was good. The bedrolls , pillow covers and such amenities did not seem clean. The bed was even dusty. The staff didn't seem concerned about the safety of the customers as they were washing the entire reception area and waiting lounge during prime evening hours and even on raising the concern of chances of accidents, they hardly cared.

View of Idukki arch dam. Absolutely lovely. Food is not available mainly bcos of covid seasons. But they arrange food from nearby hotel. The tariff suits the budget travelling

They charged high. We booked two rooms we requested them for grace hours for checkout but they asked to shift some other room on the pretext that the new Guest would occupy as they already booked. But it was not true. After we vacating the property no body was seen there and all the rooms were available. However the receptionist is very nice person who served us even on the day of Xmas with smiling face after sacrificing his festival.

I had an excellent and completely relaxed time in goshen. Location is awesome, the rooms are neat nd staffs are friendly. Good ambiance, great view of arch dam and spacious room. Really loved it❤️

Cons Rooms and washrooms haven't maintained properly. Rooms have dust, bathroom doesn't look good. There's no kettles available. Since restaurant was not functional we had to go out for the bed coffee.

It was a pleasant experience. They have treated us like their precious customer only. Because of lockdown situation their restaurant was not working. Even then they arranged good food for us. Room was neat. Their service was good. Car parking facility was also there. Overall a good experience. We will definitely recommend to anyone who comes to stay at Idukki town.
