It was a bad experience for me and my colleague. The receptionist was not available in the reception when we arrived (3am) and we had to wait for almost 3 hours to get our room. Room (Delux Room) is clean but AC is just for name sake: fan is much better than the AC. Not worth money.

We booked via Oyo website. The payment was accepted and the booking was confirmed 5 days prior to the stay. When we got there at night on the day of the stay, they refused to check us in claiming, there is an error in our booking. They told us that they are rethinking their tie-up with Oyo and since the commission is very low they can't allow this booking. They forced us to claim a refund by contacting Oyo customer service, for which it took a long time to connect to oyo executive. There was no other vacant rooms in there or any other hotels nearby. If they couldn't provide a room for us, they should have atleast informed us beforehand and should remove their hotel from the Oyo app. They also don't provide breakfast, lunch or dinner which is not reflected on the website but instead allow for extra payment to go through basically scamming.

I dont even wanna give one star One of the worst experience When called and asked for rooms...they said rooms are available...and we got it booked also...after reaching there..they asled for extra money and when asked about rooms they said no availability At night 10:30 we went roaming to find another lodge The lodge isnt even visible from the road

Accommodation is really good. Good Service. Brand New. Little difficult to find the location. Request to change the lights near lift. It was not working. Otherwise it was worth for the money paid. Thankyou .

OYO as you heard, is the worst people to deal with. You loose your money and time for nothing. Don't trust these OYO call center people ever.
