The hotel is a luxury destination with kids friendly environment. The staff is extremely courteous. The views from the rooms are breathtaking. Clouds floating below the floor will give a heavenly feeling for sure. There is a bonfire arranged in the evening which is a mind refresher for the evening. The food quality and options are good. Overall a highly recommended hotel for the luxury seekers.

Great place to get away from busy city life and hectic schedules. The only drawback from this place is a slight need of room renovation. There are few small things like paint chipping off the wall, the ceiling paint touch ups. Food and beverage team is the asset for this place. Lovely team and talented chefs. Food options were always great. Kudos to the entire team. Moonlight bliss room has an extended balcony which gives a awesome view of the valley.

´MINDBLOWING´ Me and husband were on our honeymoon and we booked a luxury room. I have stayed at dozens of hotels but this was at the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. The rooms were clean, really comfortable, the hotel view was fabulous, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. The trail to the hotel is the cherry on the cake. The vintage aesthetics, complimentary high tea in the evening and bonfire were awesome. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting downtown.

Beautiful resort! The landscaping is well-conceived, wonderfully created and carefully maintained. The resort offers spa and gym services too. Food is another plus point. The staff is cheerful and happy to help. The balconies provide captivating views of the Bison valley, lava hills and exotic cloud formations.

The hotel is located in a stunning surrounding. Each room has a beautiful veranda overlooking a blissful view of the tea plantations. The stuff was welcoming and cordial. The three downsides are a foul smell from the bathroom, the restaurant is not great and doesn't serve alcohol, and the beds can be improved. Other than that we had a pleasant stay.

Rooms were great.. Service and food was good.. A little pricey, but understandable, given it is a 5 star resort..
Location is okay, with good views from the rooms.. But not having a pool in a "5 star" resort is a demerit for me.. Overall, the experience was good..

The property is on various levels and split as far as the stay is concerned. The split level can cause some confusion, but is tolerable. There is little to do at the property, though the bottom end garden offers some viewing and picture opportunities. The access to the hotel is now restricted to smaller vehicles due to the bridge being under repair. In our traveller Tempo it was a proverbial pain over an access road that as food as did not exist. That was tiresome. Nearby unclean village area also did not lend to the general feeling of an upmarket area. The Hotel thus is a cocoon that offers respite from the outside commercial Munnar. Rooms were clean and acceptable. Service and restaurant fare was also good. A 3 star is what I would offer at best.

The property and its location is awesome. The views from the room is amazing! The service and staff is quick and polite. The beautiful part is their landscaping they did was mind blowing. The test of food is very nice. Due to unavailability of rooms I was stay with my family for 1 day only but it’s memorable. The value for money and recommended Thanks!
