It was just about alright. The pricing was on a higher side and the rooms could have been better maintained. The food definitely needs improvement as every item was extremely oily. A normal exterior car cleaning is at 500/-
The view of the lake behind was just awesome and the boat ride is a must.

My stay at the Windsor Castle was truly one of the most relaxing trips that I’ve had in a while! The people were extremely kind, caring and attentive. The cottage was cozy and felt like home. The view from the cottage was spectacular and the boat ride was outstanding. The cottage had modern necessities without taking away from the traditional Kerela feel! The food was amazing but the chef and kitchen staff was even better! They were there for all of our needs and making sure we were okay. I highly recommend the Windsor Castle for not only the beautiful landscape but the employees were the best hosts!!

Nice place to stay, spacious rooms. Okay kind of AC as it wasn't centralized. Just a split AC but working fine for a 200+sq ft room. I didn't try the restaurant as it was nonveg and in Kerala beef is a staple. Make sure you do enough homework if you are a pure vegetarian. There are only a couple of pure veg places. And they all close down for the day by 9-9:30 PM

It’s really horrible . Bathroom have no working shower, Air Conditioner have no cooling. I booked through booking com and room rate was 3600 but when bill settled they added the commission to booking com also to me Rs675 the dinner that I have paid also added again in my final bill and then it took another an hour to deduct from the final bill. The staff are polite and good. Rooms are dusty and bath room is so poor , curtains are dusty, window glass are fade and cannot seen outside. But when looks outside the scenes are so dirty. 3rd floor are so dirty and dusty like a construction site. The only good thing I have experienced is the polite and good staff and they have parking place.

My family and I stayed here for 2 nights and the stay was fantastic. The manager Joji and his capable staff took care of all our needs and was always accommodating (despite of our constant change of plans). The boat ride, the natural ambience and the heritage style resort added to the enjoyment. Will recommend!

Great property in the area. Has loads of amenities with a huge resort property with boating, 2 swimming pools, 2 kids play area, a theme bar on a micro island, multi cuisine restaurant, etc. The wifi was very poor, so don't rely on it. The Ayurvedic Resort was temporarily closed. However, overall the room quality, staff service and amenities were better than expected!

Everything is wonderful about the place. From location, stay, ambience. We stayed in villa and it was indeed stunning. Food was good but the service was slow. The in-house restuarant was slow and had average buffet. The property has cycles to roam around, a pirate Island which is cute and a lake! It's kids friendly too! Definitely recommend the stay here

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Windsor Castle Hotel and was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. The food was delicious and the restaurant was beautifully maintained. But what truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by the waiters and the captain/manager. They made my lunch with my wife and baby even more enjoyable and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. I highly recommend this hotel and its restaurant to anyone looking for a fantastic meal and top-notch service
