Amala Hotel and Restaurant

Had booked this hotel for two nights (31 Mar & 1 Apr 2022) for my wife and colleagues. According to their feed back, the facility does not provide a good breakfast which was included in the package. Would strongly recommend to hotel to live upto the advertisement they give in public domain, so that the guest would leave happy and recommend the facility to others.

Clean room and good service. But they provided only dosa and chutney fo the 'free' breakfast.
My request for an egg on payment basis was not entertained.That is indeed a shame.

I stayed here for more than a week in connection with official duty. Neat and clean room and very good service from all the staff members. Food is also very good. This is the best hotel in Pathanamthitta. Families also staying there. Nobody will expect such facilities and service as the Hotel is situated close to the main road and the parking is on the back side....

AC bar was quite good
No tarrif card at reception
No menu or wine list at the bar
These are signature standards of good hotels
Luckily the steward advised me to try the pork fry (had on my wishlist for a while)

Good job by Mr. Sajosh had a great delightful guidance . Good care by Mr. Santhosh. And chef Mr. Reji was excellent on morning breakfast and dinner. Thanks a lot.

Nice rooms. Under staffed. Break fast was v good.

Biriyani was not tasty though the suppliers and the atmosphere was good

Not clean and look like too old properly and they don’t even maintain properly
