We stayed at the hotel for a day. We had taken four rooms and even though the trip was on a short notice, the staff was courteous enough to arrange the rooms within a short notice. The food was also nice . The staff are also highly helpful. The hotel is situated in the heart of Kottayam town. I would recommend this hotel anytime.

Hotel is very neat and well maintained. Front desk is very helpful. Loved the stay. Had fried rice , ghee roast it was tasty. Surely recommend others to visit here.

I’ve stayed for a whole week at the hotel and the the experience was so wholesome and homely. If you are a foreigner, and new to the whole environment and have communication difficulties, without a doubt this is the best place to stay, as the staff can converse in very good English ,and genuinely helpful all the time ,and go out of their way to help you out in arranging anything you need to get done while you are at Kottayam . Rooms are brilliant and cosy, view from the hotel rooms are radiant . Food is the best I’ve tried in any Indian restaurant, and your taste buds will be thrilled with all the flavor full food options you get to try at the hotel restaurant. Would like to convey my special regards to the hotel GM Mr Pradeep and Restaurant manager Nithin, and the rest of the staff . Excellent, Rooms are so good. Right place to stay and calm. Hotel in main area. Room service and behaviour of the staff are polite and good. Overall best service and best stay you get.

We were on a group tour of Kerala and stayed in this hotel for overnight. The deluxe or double room they alloted to us was very small and looked as if they have converted a big balcony into a room. No dressing table. A mirror was mounted on a wall.

Good hotel. Room cleanliness needs improvement. Rooms gad bins filled with leftover of earlier guests. Bathroom taps were giving hot water in both taps.
