Capital O Hotel Dona Castle

It's little bit on expensive side but is a very good hotel. Nice and clean room. Smooth check in process. Furniture looks quite good. Booked this after much research and I must say it did not disappoint at all room wise. Rooms are standard size and there is enough space to move. It doesn't feel congested. Beaches are nearby and can be reached via auto. Accessibility is good from hotel. A phone inside the room to reach room service/reception etc.

I did not like the fact that food options are very limited. The towel provided by hotel was not soft. There were no other toiletries provided except a mini soap.

The room was good. But i had requested 1 hour early check in, for which there was no response. When i reached the place i had to pay 300rs extra for the 1 hour and also extra 115rs ( which they told me was tax ). I had booked room with breakfast.. But they said its not showing up. And said that without even a "sorry" or any basic politeness.And didnt provide any breakfast.. So be prepared to pay extra for breakfast if u book room there. There were no towels in room.. But was provided on request.. And always check the water bottle provided before drinking as the seal was broken.. I didnt use it.. Already had water with me, so wasnt a big problem. Staff at the reception during check in lacked some basic politeness.. Can be improved 👍.

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10 am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well but, Before booking the hotel, I checked with in the app that the tariff was inclusive of breakfast and lunch/dinner for 2 person. On reaching the hotel, the hotel staff denied this and they also charged me extra amount for the room rent that was almost half of my whole booking amount. Then i checked nearby hotel rooms but all of them are sold-out. So, I was forced to pay extra money over and above the tariff. This was a bad experience and as I was travelling with family, I did not want much hassle and so paid the money.

Checkin experience was nice . Staffs were had a lovable manner with the guest. Property was nice and could have been properly maintained so that it can attract more guests. Couple frndly hotel . Overall feedback from my side is nice apart from toilet 🤮🤮🤮🤮. Bar also attached

Stay was fine, food is good. Service is very good.
Labourer like house keeping or roomboy. I think they are foreign workers, some of them watching very rude. This makes feel uncomfortable for womens.

The worst experience i faced at any hotel. At the time of check in,the receptionist asked for additional 211 rs than what i already paid through oyo app or threatened to cancel the booking.Since i don't want the trouble to find another hotel at that time i paid the additional amount but asked them to give me invoice for the whole amount at the check out and they agreed. But later at check out time they gave me a invoice i.e 60 rs less than what i paid and they replied it's service charge taken by oyo. When i question this they gave me separate rs211 manual bill but there was no mention of my room number or anything so asked for the initial bill but the receptionist refused to show it to me literally started shouting at me.That guy has no idea how to speak to a person let alone a customer. Please book at your own risk if your planning.

Had a pleasant stay at the hotel.

Very polite and friendly staff..
Though not very near to the bus stand, it's reachable easily in a Rick. The rooms were neat and we'll maintained.
