Nexstay Crystal Residency

A budget hotel with all essential amenities. Clean and tidy room and bathroom. It is located in the center of the main city. It is located just in front of the private bus station. A perfect place to stay for officers and families. Breakfast is not included. If breakfast packages are included, it will be more convenient.

Horrible experience. No hot water in the bathroom. You need to put your bucket outside and request for someone to ration hot water.

Old towels and linen. Swarm of cockroaches.
They don’t provide even tissues.

Families please stay away, it is a hassle to stay here.

Location ok. Parking facility not available. Ac was not that much cool. Stay was Just average only. Not worth for money. Staff service is good. Dont order any food from nearby hotel namely Opel Hotel. Will affect your health as i could experienced.

I was booked room one week before. after that the reception boy was confirmed my room but when my check in day. they are telling they don't have booking. that kind of pathetic hospitality they are providing. they don't have responsibility when we are booking room. it was my first bad experience in nexstay crystal residency.

Rooms are not up to the payment,but it's in center of town Easley accessible. Rooms was not really clean, horrible condition still a good stay very friendly staffs will recommend their suits Rooms are very impressive 👏

Overpriced for the facilities available, there was no hot water available and there were cockroaches on beds. The room was stuffy, had to open the windows and door for some time for the stuffy smell to go away.
Staff were courteous and helpful. Located in the center of the city which is a plus.

I recently stayed at the Crystal and unfortunately had a less than satisfactory experience. The room I was initially given had a cockroach infestation, which was extremely unpleasant. I was moved to another room, but this room had no hot water, so the staff had to bring two buckets of hot water to my room for me to be able to take a shower. The reception staff were nice and accommodating to help, but the overall state of the hotel's premises were not well maintained. I would not recommend this hotel to others due to the issues I encountered.

An overpriced budget hotel with no complimentary breakfast, no room service and restaurant. Rooms are poorly maintained with no proper pest control. Not recommended for the rate they charge you. There are better hotels around.
