Gotheeswaram Beach Gardens

We had a dayspend here with lunch.... Loved the place.... An ancient, nostalgic tharavadu home... So typical of Kerala in yester years.... Huge trees in the compound which must be centuries old... Food was very good too.... An extensive seafood spread....
Proximity to the beach adds to its charm....

Not a crowded place its like a private beach you can chill out with your partner if you need privacy.

A beach with trees....it's peaceful as It's not so crowded. There is also a park near. A good place .

The place is nostalgic. Even though there is no proper power back up and customer support were pathetic.

We spent our serene two nights here. The resort pulls you into the old ways of life. Away from the city, this was heavenly and untouched. The food recommendations were absolutely delicious. Must try Fish Polichhattu and Keezhi Parotta. We had Idiappam with egg curry in the morning. It was a great start of the day. The resort has a beachfront restaurant where you can sip coffee while enjoying the beach view. The beach is not overcrowded too. It was time well spent in Kozhikode.

This was a fantastic location. Very peaceful and near to nature. The entire land is shaded by three banyan trees and more than 15 mango trees. The staff is quite pleasant and courteous. The restaurant has a beautiful sea view and a pleasant breeze. The food is fantastic.

According to the locals, this location is provided free of charge for marriage functions for those who are financially disadvantaged. This was a pretty modest gesture of kindness.
