Redbell Suites Malappuram

Nothing meritorious to claim except the spacious rooms which are quite neat. Had booked for two days but had to shift due to poor amenities. No hot water facility. No light lamps in rooms. Very unprofessional service personnel. The biggest drawback is
no restaurants in the vicinity. Guests have no breakfast facility. I had to apologise to my foreign guests.

Experience in the place was good. Courteous and helpful staff, neat and clean rooms. No food is served in the hotel. No nearby good restaurants available.

Don't expect any of the facilities mentioned in the website.I have booked a suit room for 3 days and was shocked to see the amenities when i entered the room😧.but the room boy was really helpful to bring me a kettle, damaged though working Iron box, TV receiver from a nearby room and arranged somebody to make the Geyser working.Though they said, they won't provide food..i showed my booking details of complementary breakfast and then they arranged it from nearby Aryaas. You need to request for everything

Value for money. The staff and management are very helpful. Available 24/7.

Added advantage is a good veg hotel in same building. Wonderful breakfast too
