Staff and service was good.

But the room could have been better.

The bathroom didn't have an exhaust fan which meant that the air was heavy with water vapour in the morning after taking a shower the night before. The cleanliness of the tiles in the bathroom was not good enough. The towels in the bathroom were dusty or had some very light brown stains and I ended up not using them.

The bed was comfortable and I had a good night's sleep.

Room service was also great. I asked for a bottle of water and also for an iron and both were delivered without delays.

Budget hotel in this less busy area of the Kochi, opposite the Lotus. Easy to reach and well connected. Ernakulam south railway station is just under one km distance while South Metro station is halfway around. Limited parking area. Restaurant not functioning. Better not to opt breakfast if you have a paid choice because breakfast is budget type - takes too long to get the items replenished. Rooms are large and neat though not luxurious.

The hotel was just ok, and ok is not good enough, especially for the price we paid. The room and bathroom could be cleaner. At this price we expect an electric kettle in the room that wasn't there. The room service was very bad, they were not responsive at all, they had to be knocked time and again for whatever service we wanted. The telephone for communicating with the reception was not working. The AC remote was not working either. The location was good, the breakfast for Rs.150/- was value for money. We appreciate that they waived our 2 days' breakfast charges amounting Rs.600/- , but then they asked me to give them a favourable review in return which cannot be appreciated at all. Overall, I won't recommend this hotel to anyone, if you have no other option, stay here, otherwise there are definitely better places to stay in a city like Kochi.

We spent two nights here for a conference and I must say that everything was good. As for the room, even though being small, but the service was excellent and surprisingly comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others having a business trip. I forgot to take my valuables and the staff were kind enough to keep it safe and I got it back later.

Great Customer Service and Friendly Behaviour from the staffs. Room was neat and well as expected. All the mentioned amenities were available without any hassles.
As a demerit i would say the lift was less spacious and hence a bit congested if multiple persons use the service, which added some waiting time. Still i would give 5 Stars for the overall service and stay they provided...

Room is not brandnew as seen in the pics...Things are old.. especially bathroom fittings...Rooms service is good..But neet and clean...A/c was fine ..tv not working..Very close by metro and railway station .For one day it's ok room for the price 1700... Recommended

They denied check in after we had booked the room in advance. It seemed that they are money minded as they gave the room to someone else who was ready to pay more than us even when they had confirmed the reservation for us. The hotel can't be trusted on its commitment towards guests. Won't recommend this hotel if you want mental peace and don't want to ruin your day searching for other hotel.

We booked room in this hotel for 3days and paid advance for 3days. Since the time 8pm We checked in the Hotel, it was heavy rain in the region. After entering in the room we ask for menu for dinner order, service boy said we have no restaurant facilities for meal. We were New comers and were not familiar with the local geographic location. Hence we managed at our end for dinner by 10 pm. Till then neither room TV nor AC Swing, Electric Cattle, Toilet Jet were working. In TV only 3-4 Free channels were working and till 10 pm service staff changes 4-5 TV remotes and Set top box. And for electric cattle he replied that we have not other cattle, so we could not provide now. Then next morning called up to reception thrice for providing other electric cattle but in veins. We encounter with Very very poor room facilities and services of this hotel since the check in.
