HOTEL JYOTHIS RETREAT

The place is more like a modified lodge. The wifi does not work and they asked us to connect to the neighboring hotels wifi. The serrvice was ok. The rooms had balcony but was closed from all sides and doesnot have a view. The place does not have a restaurant. So the vomplimentary breakfast was from another nearby hotel. The breakfast was dosa and didnot have any other optons to choose from. The food was bad and the hotel had the dirtiest tables I've ever seen. The closet in the room's bathroom had broken lids. Overall the place is not worth the money.

Rooms were good. They had mentioned that they have room service for food and all but we were asked to go to the restaurant outside to have food. Had booked a suite for 4 adults and they had provided only 2 towels and other toiletries were also available for 2 people. We had to request them for additional items which I felt was not right.

A nice hotel in that locality because we searched for some after reaching the destination. To stay at Nelliyambathi was an instant decision so we went to some hotels and after inspecting the rooms and asking price, we found this as suitable with nice view to the tea estate

Booked an executive Room but got a very normal standard room, but it was spacious enough for us but no views at all...windows opend to their own some sort of interior space between glass and building and there were some snails in bathrooms, since it was monsoon nd hilly area, it can be understandable but late night there was cockroaches too.
Their restaurant is across the road, food was average, not very hygiene but adjustable.
we have opted for included breakfast option but there was one and only option in breakfast. They should have been provided at least two dishes to choose from since their restaurant is open.

Not much choice in Neliyampathy. Good in that place. Staff polite but no choice of rooms even when vacant. Reasons nothing vacant.

Over all its okay if we consider the locality.
You won't get any other options in this area other than these few hotels.
It's located in the main junction where the ksrtc bus ends the trip.
Two or three similar hotels are in the same road and all are just opposite to each other.
Very very crowded area! You feel like you are in somewhere middle of a bussy but stand.
Limited restaurant and food options.

The hotel rooms are just okay. We stayed in the ground floor and it was the very next room to the reception. No privacy at all.
You should select the first floor or others.

There is a small hotel ( hotel Tiny) just in front of this hotel and we recommend it for break4, lunch and dinner. The other good looking restaurent around are not worth in terms of food quality and service.

You will be approached by many Jeep drivers if you walk around .

Rooms are okay , but don't book balcony rooms. It is really dirty because of monkeys. Also the sound is really annoying too.

Also breakfast area really stinks . Smell is really bad. Also no signal and wifi not working.
