Pros 1. Ambience: Being a Hindu, the aroma of sandalwood around the rooms is refreshing. 2. Perfect for families/pilgrims 3. Spacious rooms.
Cons 1. We had booked around 3-4 rooms, and atleast 3 people had itching issues while sleeping. Could be bugs. 2. Staffs do not provide toiletries like Dental kit if not requested. 3. They provide breakfast from an outside source, food is pathetic. It could be far better if they opt to buy food from hotels Pancharathna/Indian Coffee House

An average place to stay.. Rooms are ok.. Staff were so co-operative. Ambience is ok for a Hindu as there were chanting and good aroma. Staffs were like all in all.. They provide food by preparing there or gives options to get it from outside.. The Dining area is below average.. if they manage bit better way with proper maintenance it will be too good

Worst encounter! Avoid this, if you have stayed in other quality hotels and expect any level of service. They supply breakfast from a third party, and the food is terrible. The dining space is subpar and there are no sufficient lights in the room. The restroom had an unpleasant odour all the time. Basic toiletries and other services were not eagerly offered by the staff. In comparison to other hotels and lodging options in and near Kanhangad, it is somewhat pricey.

No proper lights in the room, The bathroom was smelling badly all the time no proper ventilator no exhaust fan. No hot water available on tap, no phone to contact reception. Not the worst for money.

They charged extra. Money minded people. Its not even worthy for what your are paying. For hot water they charged extra. Just for 5 hrs stay we paid 2.5k. Worst experience.

Location- good. Place smells of sandalwood and incense sticks.We had to wait for 2 hours without any update for breakfast to be delivered.Overpriced.No sheltered car parking or enough parking space for guests. Loud music is played in the hotel premises from early morning.Room is neat,tidy and spacious.Lift is working. Service can be improved. Hot water is available in rooms.
