JK Residency (4 star Business Hotel)

The management team lacks professionalism which is the basic stuff needed for any hospitality service. I booked for a birth day celebration a few days back and paid the advance after discussing menu and rate card. It was disgusting to see a few items were missing in the menu table. Also, I had bitter experience on overall service in terms of food quality & customer satisfaction. The manager has not shown any genuineness through out my engagement with him.

Came here as a Pit stop for food only when traveling. Superb bathrooms so ideal for family stops since this route doesn't have any ccd etc.

Had upma and coffee. Was good.

My new go to stop when traveling this route for the washrooms❤️

Today I visited here. Ambience is very good. People may attract. But food very bad. They supplied either raw chicken or bad chicken. Left almost all chicken in Biriyani. I lost my money for food. Not 4 star, below single star.

I am a regular customer for last 4 years in your ground floor bar. I have enjoyed my every visit there from gate man to service waiter but today I am very disappointed and decided that I never will be visit there . A news staff badly insulted I front of a senior staff who knows me last 5 years . Once you served drinks it's need time ⌚ finish you can't force me to finish fast because you need to lock the door. None will say drink fast I want to close and go and sleep it's a offence otherwise you should not serve the dri k just before few minutes of closing door

A good property in the middle of the highway. We had lunch and wash rooms are good. The food was good, tried chicken fried rice, chappathi with veg kurma.

Looks attractive from the outside nd inside too. But the food and service doesnot... Visited this Restaurant with family including 20 members nearly.... We've waited for nearly 1½ hrs for the food and it was an utter waste of time. There were only one or two servicemen and they mearly did the service. We ourselves collected the food from the kitchen, and served ourselves. They even added an extra payment in the bill. Thank god we noticed it, so that we've got to reduce it.
Now 6 of us are affected by Food poison and 2 of them are Hospitalised. One among them has cancelled the flight tickets . It's very pathetic to have such situations from a *4* star restaurant like JK RESIDENCY. We are not gonna recommend this restaurant anymore to anyone 🙏🙏

From outside ambience and everything is very good but their service and food quality is very very poooooor. We all family members visited there for dinner and waited for nearly 1and half hour, but the wait was also waste of time and now nearly 6 ppl are suffering from food poison nd even two of them are hospitazed. Will never recommend this place for anyone .

One of the best property in Kasargode.. The staff is very friendly. Rooms are specious and clean. Good quality & tasty food..
