Time Square Boutique Hotel

We stayed here on our vacation in last week of July. We took two rooms , the size of the rooms are more like a studio rooms, the only reason for my 4 stars is in terms of their room cleanliness, it can be improved mainly the washroom, I felt the toilet was not clean at all, which was cleaned from their side, had to request for the toilet rolls , which could have been placed before. Staff are good. This is in middle of the city lane which was convenient to us. They had restaurant too which we tried for dinner and had a good experience in it but felt a bit expensive. But overall had a good stay.

wonderful experience! we got upgraded to club room. the room was spacious and bright. Staff are uber sweet and kind. very helpful. they helped us check in early. food in Bayroute restaurant was the best food we had in kerala. we ordered veg mappas with kerala parotta and it was delicious. the best part about this hotel is the staff. super kind and helpful :)

Everything about this place was great. Relatively new property so it was squeaky clean. Staff was responsive spl the hostess at the front desk. She gave great suggestions on places to visit, was very helpful and prompt. Food was yummy

My stay was with my friends and it was awesome. The rooms were affordable and budget friendly..
Moreover, the room services and amenities are really great. I suggest it, if you look for peaceful and quiet environment.

Rooms are indeed good, well kept and wifi is speedier. Room Service is poor. Even for cup of tea to wait for 1 hr with repeated follow up. Resturant is attached but I am astounded to see beef items in the menu chart.

Everything was provided as promised except the welcome drink. It is a newly renovated property so room was fine inside. I stayed in studio room that was quite small. Linens were clean and all the toiletries were provided. Tea coffee and kettle is provided. However, regular house keeping needs improvement as you can see in this picture that dustbin was not cleaned from out side for a while. Breakfast had limited number of options but not bad. Their restaurant is quite good and very reasonably priced where I had my dinner.Overall this hotel is 10-20% overpriced.

The hotel is very good. Rooms and washrooms were clean and very well kept. Though I felt some of Studio club rooms were a little congested. Overall a good stay. Food was great. Room service was good too.

the hotel is not worth its stars. this is far from 4 stars, maybe 2. 2 gray towels with stains instead of white ones, although 4 star hotels have more towels. the towel after the shower is also more like a floor rag that has been used many times ... The bed linen is gray, with holes in the stains, there is dust on the floor in the room, the surfaces are all dusty, yellow water flows from the tap. why not install a water filtration system? breakfast is very poor, only Indian food, scrambled eggs are also cooked in Indian style. there is poor ventilation in the breakfast room, all the clothes after visiting this room stinks of the kitchen
