Nice and affordable stay in alappuzha.
budget friendly hotel.
lake and beach are nearby. Hotel place is located in the center of alappuzha.
Nice and good behaviour of all the staff .They are very responsive to any query immediately.
The restaurant is good and affordable.

One of the con is that the bathroom mirror was a little bit dirty in my room.
also there was noise from the room service door knocking of other rooms may have heard.
this is an old hotel.

overall the stay was good.

The rooms were clean and tidy. The gave two water bottles along with toiletries (2 shampoos and soaps) for each room. The hotel was under renovation but I didn't face any issues whatsoever. The hotel can be located easily.

Rooms were decent. They were able to accommodate a room in the midnight. Just an average experience staying here. They provided a complimentary breakfast stating it will be a buffet type. Morning when I visited to my surprise there were no signs of any buffets arrangements that could have been provided in the past. They dont even clean the tables promptly. It was horrible to see cloth materials being used on the tables and look stinky.

They tested our patience to deliver food. We ordered 4 plates of Dosa which took close to 30 mins and again for Poori to arrive it took another 20 mins. It was only my family and 3 other guests waiting for food, still there was a hell lot of delay.

room was small even though it was deluxe room. and tv was not working so only 3 stars. staffs are good mannered and easy checkin. city area and easy travelling with availability to hotels auto and shops near by. bathroom mirrors were not cleaned but there was other mirrors in the room.

Average hotel with rooms though big but not clean. Basics like towels and all difficult to come by. Bath door does bot shut well. Bedsheets and all not clean. Seems like cater to business folks mostly so not good for families and kids. Cockreach dead body in restaurant. Food average and cold. Disinterested folks.

bathroom is horrible, water are in pale yellow colour with pungent smell, bathroom has leakage issues, had extremely bad smell, we couldn't be in it for 5 mins.
more to come down here.
1.tiny congested rooms
2.they don't give you basic amenities like wifi, hot water, toiletries.
3.even though it is inside the core city mobile network strength in hotel room is weak, i have ended up with no wifi and no mobile connectivity.
4.responses from hotel staff is horrible and they'll disconnect phone without solving your issues.

I'll give 2 Star.1 star for food and 1 star for service boys. Apart from this, the condition of the rooms was not good, it was smelling not clean and not airy. The main problem was the water was not coming in the bathroom. The manager was not there, the service boys was trying to handle the situation.

A wonderful place to stay at the Venice of the East."Alappuzha" a must visit in the God's own country,"Kerala."
