The Reach Hotel

Good, budget friendly hotel. We were accommodated with a late night check-in. Hot water was provided 24x7 which is hard to come by at most hotels. You can order room service for meals at affordable rates. Staff was very polite and helpful especially Hari. Thanks Reach Hotel for making our stay in Kochi a comfortable one.😊

Good Location, tasty food, Poorly maintained room, especially bathroom. We requested for cleaning the room when we go out in the morning. But the room was not cleaned when we came back afternoon. When we asked for the key in the reception, the personal at the reception said it will be in the room itself. When we reach the room, the key was kept in the door itself and the room was not cleaned. I don't know how they can keep the key in the door this irresponsible. My husband called the reception and said that the room was not cleaned. The person at the reception asked if we need a change of room. He said no as it was difficult for us the shift things to another room as we had an early check out . Our 1 and a half yr baby roamed in this dirty room until about 2 hrs later cleaning ladies came and cleaned the room, Emptied the bins in the bathroom and room and went. As we both are working with leading travel agencies in Trivandrum, we won't ever recommend this hotel to anyone.

If you're looking for a good place to stay that costs you average amount around Thousand, The Reach Hotel will be the best choice for you. It's really close to theater, hospital, and tourist locations. Good staff, neat room, cool drinks and Food service is there or you can order from Zomato, Swiggy, etc.

Worst location, no service. Wifi doesn't work, tv doesn't work, old and dirty rooms, electricity was out whole night. They don't even provide you with drinking water. They don't provide towels. After complaints fir wifi they just say 'okk calling back after repairing asap'. Walls of the room were so cheap and dirty.if negetive rating option were there, i would have given it -10.

No electric kettle in room. No handwash. When asked for clean towels, we were told that laundry hasn't arrived yet. The TV was not working in room 102. Their WiFi is limited to just 1 device. When tea was ordered, it came in aluminum packet. The only good thing about the place is its location.

For official purpose this hotel is perfect but not for large family. One thing they are very clear about their service and charges. Room is OK.

Good - Mostly clean room with lots of space. The bed was comfortable. We had a late check in which was good & it was close to the station.

Bad - There were lots of ants & the bathroom could have been cleaned much better. We also had no pillow cases & only one towel for two people.
‘Included’ Breakfast is only 120 rupees (60 rupees each) which was not told to us before ordering. We had to pay the rest. It also came delivered in hundreds of plastic bags (terrible for the environment) with nothing to eat off (it’s only available in your room). The food was fine but the delivery & communication needs much more improvement.

I chose this hotel for cheap stay, so for that I had to endure cheap and rude behaviour from the reception staff and manager. The hotel doesn't provide a dinner space for our guests. So we had to eat on the pavement beside the hotel at 10pm. Don't expect kindness or professional courtesy from the staff. If you don't want to ruin your vacation day avoid staying here.
