Useless. Not even value for money. Very unhygienic rooms. Stains and marks in the bed used by the last guest. Not even clean. No breakfasts included. Not at all suitable for family environment. Rooms stinks with cigarette smell even the passages.

The food and service was good. Authentic udupi style breakfast and lunch. Kids enjoyed north idian starters. The hotel was clean family restaurant.
