Hotel Ganga Sagar

The room was good, the food was amazing. The service was not up to the mark. They made me pay for small amenities like toothpaste, extra bottles of water, which you normally get when you stay at any hotel with this price range.

Stayed here just for one night.This hotel is near to the Mangalore Airport. They warmly welcomed us with a cool kokam sharabat while the receptionist did the check-in process. The rooms were beautifully designed, with a comfy bed, a small coffee table with two chairs next to a large window to enjoy some greenery, some provisions to make yourself a cup of tea or coffee. Hotels in Mangalore or Udupi (at least where we stayed), don't give any other toiletries except soap, so please carry your own shampoo, body wash etc. We had to call them for shampoo, at first they denied to provide shampoo but eventually got us one. Staff is cool and friendly. We had a complimentary free breakfast in the morning, which was amazing and also dinner where they served really good food. Ambience is quite good, it will you give that 90s vibe.

It is situated far 30-35 min from the city and 15-20 min away from the airport.

Note: This place is near to the airport but a bit far from the main Manglore city.

Warm and cosy hotel if staying near the Mangalore airport is your peime criteria. Situated at a 30 min drive from main part of the Mangalore city, in a small suburb called Bajpe. Nevertheless, hotel is fully equipped with all requirements. Nice, asthetic and very spacious rooms. Would especially like to commend the choice of interiors and asthetics in lobbies, lift area and restaurant. Bathroom fitouts far exceeded my expectations. This hotel runs a sports bar as well and seems like its quite a hit among local people. Food quality, including the vegeterian one is great. A perfect stay and great value for money if you are visiting Mangalore only for a short transit.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Especially the washrooms. Food is amazing! Overall, a very good experience!!

Excellent place to stay with family & friends, nearby to Mangalore Airport, Neat and Clean Rooms, Staff and Manager very much co-operative, Food was prepared in a timely manner without any waiting period as soon it was Ordered, Beautiful Surrounding , Much convenient for Travelling to Dharmastala, Kateel, Barkur and Subramanya Temples.
