the stay at kstdc kumarakrupa hotel, bengaluru, was quite comfortable and nice. hotel has gorgeous entrance and lobby, huge rooms, nice bathrooms and nice clean place. we had booked for different dates on different times so we changed room twice. all rooms are same and have nice view. just that the toilet in 1 room was not working properly and in one room it wasn't clean when we checked in. however, overall it is very nice and good value for money. the locality is serene and peaceful. food was not extraordinary but it was good. ordering online wasn't a problem either. the restaurant closed very early at 10 pm. we had only breakfast and no meals here.
hotel doesn't provide extra bed in spite of the fact that the rooms are large enough to have 2 extra beds in the room.
staff was also good and smiling.
overall experience was very good. i would like to stay here again during my next visit.

Kumara Krupa Guest House
is beautiful. Greenery all around. The place is very clean. Rooms are spacious.
Food is good. Staff members
are courteous. My wife and I are senior citizens we enjoyed our stay here. We will certainly
prefer this GH when we visit
Bengali again.

In starting I have rated this guest house as five star as I had just arrived but after staying here for 4 days I am reconsidering my earlier review. The guest house is nice in terms of asthetics and infrastructure but service wise it is really poor. They don't clean the room on regular basis or even send the water bottle to your room without your call to their manager, their food services time are also limited and they won't even take your order one second before that. Attitude of their staffs are also indifferent and they all behave like government officers.

Very nice and tidy, large rooms, worth the price, situated in the heart of city, next Hotel Lalit Ashok, next to CM house, opp. Golf Club, the food is very tasty and best tailored made. The front office are very kind and professional, the house keeping are very good.

Worthy stay; rooms are spacious; was cleanly maintained; surprised to see a govt property managed so well, unlike the TTDC's so-called resorts in Tamil Nadu! Appreciate the staff for a pleasant experience overall!

This is a large state run hotel located in the heart of the city. The property is clean and has a large area with gardens. Car parking is available for guests. Rooms are large and centrally air conditioned. The attached bathrooms are clean and equipped with a geyser. There are no electric kettles and breakfast is not complimentary. We were provided with only one glass in a double room. The staff refused to provide an additional one in spite of our request. Food at the restaurant is good and inexpensive. However, do keep in mind the fact that this hotel is used by government officials and your booking could be subject to cancellation at any time. We had another booking two days later on Feb 2-3. The hotel called us up and informed that the booking was cancelled in view of the PM's visit. However, they did not give anything in writing. We decided to come back to the hotel and found our booking intact. The hotel officials and staff should definitely have more consideration for normal guests too
